本实用新型涉及一种电力设备检修维护时带电作业工具,特别是涉及一种10kV综合自动化开关柜多用途核相仪。 
背景技术:
目前综合自动化开关柜在小车开关处进行带电校验相序时,需作业人员4名: 1、 一名作业人员戴上绝缘手套,用绝缘操作杆挑起综合自动化开关柜带电桩头封口挡板,暴露出开关内部的带电桩头; 2、两名工作人员分别手持核相仪杆接触带电桩头;3、一名工作人员进行现场监护、读记表计数值。从以上作业方式可以看出:在综合自动化开关柜核相工作中,现场需要工作人员多,空间狭小,工作效率低;安全距离小,不利于人身及设备安全。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、安全、可靠、高效的10kV综合自动化开关柜多用途核相仪。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种10kV综合自动化开关柜多用途核相仪,含有绝缘框架,所述绝缘框架的两侧壁板上分别固定一个支撑板,每一所述支撑板上均设置一个固定板,每一所述固定板的前端均设置一个顶压板,两个所述固定板之间设置一个横杆。 
所述支撑板为L形,其一端通过螺栓与所述绝缘框架活动式连接,其另一端通过螺栓与所述固定板活动式连接。所述绝缘框架为长方形,由环氧树脂板连接而成;所述固定板为槽钢。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
1、本实用新型能够增大带电校相序作业的空间,提高了工作人员及设备的安全系数,同时能够提高工作效率,节约工作时间。
2、本实用新型重量轻、携带方便,作业时间短,安全可靠,工作效率高,另外,校相序作业人员只需2名,减少作业人员,提高了企业经济效益。 
3、本实用新型结构简单、使用方便,其适用范围广,易于推广实施,具有良好的经济效益。

具体实施方式:
实施例:参见图1-图3,图中,1-绝缘框架,2-顶压板, 3-支撑板,4-固定板,5-横杆。
10kV综合自动化开关柜多用途核相仪含有绝缘框架1,其中:绝缘框架1的两侧壁板上分别固定一个支撑板3,每一支撑板3上均设置一个固定板4,每一固定板4的前端均设置一个顶压板2,两个固定板4之间设置一个横杆5。 
根据需要,支撑板3可以制成L形,其一端通过螺栓与绝缘框架1活动式连接,其另一端通过螺栓与固定板4活动式连接,能够拆装,使用方便。 
绝缘框架1为长方形,由环氧树脂板连接而成;固定板4为槽钢。 
使用时,一名工作人员用手推动绝缘框架1的后端,使绝缘框架1向前运动,进而带动固定板4向前运动,从而使顶压板2的前端顶压在综合自动化开关柜小车开关处,即可进行进行带电校验相序,这样就增大了带电校相序作业的空间,提高了工作人员及设备的安全系数,同时能够提高工作效率,节约工作时间。

1.一种10kV综合自动化开关柜多用途核相仪,含有绝缘框架,其特征是:所述绝缘框架的两侧壁板上分别固定一个支撑板,每一所述支撑板上均设置一个固定板,每一所述固定板的前端均设置一个顶压板,两个所述固定板之间设置一个横杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的10kV综合自动化开关柜多用途核相仪,其特征是:所述支撑板为L形,其一端通过螺栓与所述绝缘框架活动式连接,其另一端通过螺栓与所述固定板活动式连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的10kV综合自动化开关柜多用途核相仪,其特征是:所述绝缘框架为长方形,由环氧树脂板连接而成;所述固定板为槽钢。
