一种绿色生态防水屋面,是在现有屋面层上设置一层刚性防水层,刚性防水层上铺设由炉渣或卵石碎石组成的滤水层,滤水层分成若干区,各区之间开有排水沟槽,排水沟槽内放置纵横相通的半圆盲管,种植土盖在滤水层上,每个或多个区间设1-2个通气管,刚性防水层上沿女儿墙设排水沟。本实用新型的绿色生态防水屋面,通过采用两级排水排汽系统排汽减少负压,滤水层排除多余水也留下饱和水供植被需要,通气管排汽可减少植被烂根的可能,因而整个系统更利于植被的生长,它融蓄水、排水、排汽和保温功能于一体,具有检修方便,材料低廉环保的特点,种植土上铺设草皮果蔬更能增强其保温、固定泥沙、防冻防晒及绿化效果。

本实用新型涉及一种绿色生态防水屋面。
背景技术
传统屋面建筑防水“以堵为主,只堵不疏”,水汽无出路,自然界水汽 “有缝就钻”,致使屋面渗漏不可避免的发生。现有的种植屋面基本构造有用材大、施工层数多、维修更换复杂、发生渗漏检修困难等问题。常规种植屋面基本构造包括找平层、保温隔热层、找平层、耐根穿刺防水卷材、排水层、过滤层、种植土、草皮花卉,为防止植物的根系导致混凝土开裂渗漏,采用了耐根穿刺防水卷材,但卷材的寿命及翻新替换困难;另外塑料排水板由于塑料制品降解难也不满足节能环保的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构新颖、维修方便、材料低廉环保,能达到消除温度应力延长建筑物使用寿命的绿色生态防水屋面。
本实用新型的绿色生态防水屋面,是在现有屋面层上设置一层刚性防水层,刚性防水层上铺设由炉渣或卵石碎石组成的滤水层,滤水层分成若干区,各区之间开有排水沟槽,排水沟槽内放置纵横相通的半圆盲管,半圆盲管的底边开有一排或一排以上的滤水孔洞,半圆盲管的两侧覆盖卵石碎石,种植土盖在滤水层上,每个或多个区间设1-2个排水排汽管,排水排汽管的上端高于种植土表层,下端与半圆盲管导通,刚性防水层上沿女儿墙设排水沟,排水沟内放置半圆盲管,滤水层的半圆盲管接入排水沟,泄洪孔开在女儿墙上,以备暴雨应急之用,泄洪孔的高度低于种植土表层。
本实用新型的绿色生态防水屋面,打破防水工程常规思维,以排为主,防排结合,通过采用两级排水排汽系统排汽减少负压,在自然状态下蓄水养护混凝土,与刚性防水层共同避免根穿刺的可能;排水排汽系统的滤水层在排除多余水的同时留下的饱和水供植被需要并养护混凝土,排水排汽管的排汽作用可减少植被烂根的可能,因而整个系统更利于植被的生长。本结构系统融蓄水、排水、排汽和保温功能于一体,具有检修方便,材料低廉环保的特点,种植土上铺设草皮种植果蔬,更能增强其保温、固定泥沙、防冻防晒及绿化效果。

1.一种绿色生态防水屋面,其特征在于:现有屋面层(1)上设置一层刚性防水层(2),刚性防水层(2)上铺设滤水层(10),滤水层(10)分成若干区,各区之间开有排水沟槽,排水沟槽内放置纵横相通的半圆盲管(3),半圆盲管(3)的底边开有一排或一排以上的滤水孔洞,种植土(5)盖在滤水层(10)上,每个或多个区设1-2个通气管(4),通气管(4)的上端高于种植土(5)表层,下端与半圆盲管(3)导通,刚性防水层(2)上沿女儿墙(7)设排水沟(9),排水沟(9)放置半圆盲管(3),滤水层(10)内的半圆盲管(3)接入排水沟(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色生态防水屋面,其特征在于:排水沟(9)旁的女儿墙(7)上开有泄洪孔(8),泄洪孔(8)的高度低于种植土(5)表层。
