本实用新型包括聚氨酯涂料、聚合物砂浆、镀锌钢丝网、钢板卡、水泥钉、墙体，聚氨酯涂料厚度为10～20mm，聚氨酯涂料内侧为聚合物砂浆，聚合物砂浆厚度为20～30mm，聚合物砂浆右边缘设置镀锌钢丝网，镀锌钢丝网采用直径为1.2mm的钢丝，镀锌钢丝网通过钢板卡和墙体连成整体，钢板卡通过水泥钉固定在墙体上面，钢板卡设置间距为500～700mm。
