本实用新型涉及化工生产的辅助设备,特别涉及余热回收装置。 
背景技术
现有技术中,反应釜产生的尾气直接通过尾气排出口排到大气中,这样造成了大量尾气热量的浪费,而且污染环境。 
发明内容
针对上述现有技术问题,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、设计合理的余热回收装置。 
其技术方案是:余热回收装置,主要由反应釜、蛇形管、软化水储水罐、集水罐、泵及回水管线构成,所述蛇形管固定贯穿软化水储水罐,一端与反应釜的尾气出口相连接,另一端设置在集水罐中,所述集水罐与泵连接,泵通过回水管线与反应釜的进料口相连接。蛇形管加大了尾气的散热面积,有利于软化水吸收热量。
通过本实用新型,取得的有益效果是:能够实现余热的回收利用,有利于节约能源,保护环境。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,余热回收装置,主要由反应釜1、蛇形管2、软化水储水罐3、集水罐4、泵5及回水管线6构成,所述蛇形管2固定贯穿软化水储水罐3,一端与反应釜1的尾气出口1-3相连接,另一端设置在集水罐4中,所述集水罐4与泵5连接,泵5通过回水管线6与反应釜1的进料口1-1相连接。
在生产中,蒸汽进汽管线7与反应釜1的进汽口1-2相连接,蒸汽进入到反应釜1内,而高温尾气通过反应釜1的尾气出口1-3进入到蛇形管2内,尾气中含有大量水蒸汽,在温度较低的软化水储水罐3内的软化水冷却下,水蒸气冷凝成水于集水罐4中,冷凝水通过泵5及回水管线6又返回到反应釜1内,同时被尾气加热了的软化水储水罐3内的软化水达到一定温度后,可以用于生产中。
通过本实用新型,可以实现尾气余热的再利用,有利于节约能源、保护环境。

1.余热回收装置,主要由反应釜、蛇形管、软化水储水罐、集水罐、泵及回水管线构成,其特征在于:所述蛇形管固定贯穿软化水储水罐,一端与反应釜的尾气出口相连接,另一端设置在集水罐中,所述集水罐与泵连接,泵通过回水管线与反应釜的进料口相连接。
