Umbrella cover and umbrella device
Technical Field
The invention relates to an umbrella cover and an umbrella device, in particular to a spiral umbrella cover capable of freely extending and retracting and an umbrella device with the umbrella cover.
Background
In the prior art, the umbrella and the umbrella cover are mostly separated from each other, i.e. the umbrella cover is not directly mounted on the umbrella. When the umbrella is used, the umbrella cover is taken off from the umbrella, and after the umbrella is used, the umbrella cover is sleeved on the umbrella. However, the above-mentioned umbrella cover is inconvenient to install, and the umbrella cover is easy to lose.
When the umbrella enters public transport means or places with dense people flows in rainy days, the installation of the umbrella cover for the used umbrella in the crowded places is very inconvenient, and if the umbrella is not covered with the umbrella cover, the rainwater on the umbrella cloth can be easily rubbed onto a user or other people.
When entering places such as shops, banks, restaurants and stations in rainy days, rainwater on the umbrella cloth falls on the ground, so that sanitation and attractiveness are affected, and inconvenience is brought to other pedestrians. Although some managers in the field prepare simple umbrella covers in advance and can put the umbrella covers on the umbrella covers before entering the field, the managers must prepare the umbrella covers and related equipment in advance and temporarily set the umbrella covers and the equipment when raining, which brings inconvenience to the managers.
Umbrellas with umbrella covers are also available in the prior art. For example, there are telescopic umbrellas formed by nesting a plurality of rings of different diameters one inside the other. However, in this umbrella cover, a plurality of expansion joints are independent of each other, and the diameter thereof gradually increases. Therefore, if any telescopic joint in the umbrella cover can not be nested with the adjacent telescopic joint due to the conditions of abrasion and the like, the whole umbrella cover can not be used.
Therefore, how to provide an umbrella cover which can be combined with an umbrella device, has simple operation, low cost, difficult damage and long service life becomes a problem to be solved in the field.

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an umbrella cover with simple structure, low manufacturing cost, convenient operation, difficult damage and long service life, and an umbrella device with the umbrella cover.
The first aspect of the utility model provides an umbrella cover, it is installed in the top of umbrella device, and can expand and surround the umbrella device that closes, and it includes: a helical expansion body (12) having a multilayer expansion joint (11), the multilayer expansion joint (11) being formed by spirally winding a long sheet material; a first fixing section (2) which is cylindrical, is located inside the helical telescopic body (12), and is connected to the telescopic joint (11) at the innermost layer; and a 2 nd fixing part 5 which is cylindrical and is located outside the spirally stretchable body 12 and connected to the outermost stretchable joint 11, wherein the spirally stretchable body 12 is stretched into a spirally long cylindrical shape in the developed state of the umbrella cover 1, and the plurality of layers of the stretchable joints 11 are connected to each other vertically.
The umbrella cover provided by the first aspect of the invention has a simple structure and is easy and convenient to operate, and the spiral telescopic body of the umbrella cover can be unfolded only by moving the 2 nd fixing part downwards to form a long cylindrical structure together with the 1 st fixing part above and the 2 nd fixing part below, so that the whole umbrella device can be accommodated. The umbrella cover is arranged between the cylindrical first fixing part 1 and the cylindrical second fixing part 2, and the spiral expansion body is formed by winding an integral plate into a multi-layer expansion joint structure, so that the umbrella cover is very simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, and the multi-layer expansion joint of the umbrella cover is formed by an integral spiral expansion body, so that the umbrella cover can be still used even when any two adjacent expansion joints in the umbrella cover cannot be connected due to abrasion and the like, and the service life of the umbrella cover is prolonged.
A second aspect of the present invention provides an umbrella device (100), comprising: an umbrella rod (102), the bottom end of which is connected with an umbrella handle (103); an umbrella cap (101) fixed to the tip end of the umbrella rod (102); an umbrella cloth (104) that forms an umbrella surface of the umbrella device (100) when the umbrella device (100) is spread; a long rib (105) having one end connected to the umbrella shaft (102) and the other end connected to the peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth (104), and supporting the umbrella cloth (104) when the umbrella device (100) is spread; a supporting rib (106) having one end slidably connected to the umbrella rod (102) and the other end connected to the long rib (105) to drive the long rib (105) to move; and an umbrella cover (1) which is attached to the tip end of the umbrella shaft (102), is connected to the umbrella cap (101), and can be unfolded and surround the folded umbrella device (100), wherein the umbrella cover (1) comprises: a helical expansion body (12) having a multilayer expansion joint (11), the multilayer expansion joint (11) being formed by spirally winding a long sheet material; a first fixing section (2) which is cylindrical, is located inside the helical telescopic body (12), and is connected to the telescopic joint (11) at the innermost layer; and a 2 nd fixing part 5 which is cylindrical and is located outside the spirally stretchable body 12 and connected to the outermost stretchable joint 11, wherein the spirally stretchable body 12 is stretched into a spirally long cylindrical shape in the developed state of the umbrella cover 1, and the plurality of layers of the stretchable joints 11 are connected to each other vertically.
Because the umbrella cover and the umbrella device of the utility model can be connected together, when the umbrella device is used, the umbrella cover is only needed to be pushed to be folded, and the umbrella device can be unfolded for use. The folded umbrella cover is connected to the umbrella device, so that the umbrella is convenient to carry and cannot be lost. When the umbrella device is closed, the 2 nd fixing part at the lower part of the umbrella cover is stretched to form a long cylindrical shape consisting of a plurality of vertically connected spiral expansion joints, and the umbrella device is covered, so that rainwater on the umbrella surface can be effectively prevented from obstructing self and other people.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Integral structure of umbrella device
Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing an open state of an umbrella device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an umbrella device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention in a collapsed state and an expanded state of the umbrella cover 1.
As shown in fig. 1, an umbrella device 100 of the present embodiment includes: the umbrella comprises an umbrella cap 101, an umbrella rod 102, an umbrella handle 103, an umbrella cloth 104, a plurality of long ribs 105 (only 2 are shown in the figure) and a plurality of supporting ribs 106 (only 2 are shown in the figure), wherein the umbrella sleeve 1 in a contraction state is connected to the bottom end of the umbrella cap 101.
In this embodiment, a cap 101 and a handle 103 are connected to the top end and the bottom end of the umbrella shaft 102, respectively. The umbrella cover 1 in a contracted state is arranged at the top end of the umbrella rod 102. One end of the long bone 105 is rotatably connected to the top of the umbrella shaft 102 by a pin, and the other end is freely movable. One end of the bracing rib 106 can freely slide along the umbrella rod 102, and the other end is connected with the middle part of the long rib 105 through a pin so as to drive the long rib 105 to move. The umbrella cloth 104 covers the outside of the long rib 105, and its peripheral edge is connected to the freely movable end of the long rib 105.
When the umbrella device 100 is unfolded, the free end of the long rib 105 is directed obliquely downward under the support of the stay rib 106. The canopy cloth 104 forms a canopy of the umbrella device 100 under the support of the long ribs 105 for the purpose of sun-shading or rain-proofing, etc. The umbrella cover 1 is contracted above the umbrella cloth 104.
As shown in fig. 2, the umbrella case 1 is pulled downward to be spread into a long cylindrical shape, surrounding the umbrella device 100.
The umbrella cover 1 comprises a 1 st fixing part 2, a spiral telescopic body 12 formed with a plurality of layers (for example, 5 layers) of telescopic joints 11, a semicircular part 3 and a stop groove 4 on each layer of telescopic joint 11, and a 2 nd fixing part 5. The specific structure of the umbrella case 1 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3. Since the umbrella cover 1 is wrapped around the outside of the umbrella device 100, the umbrella cloth 104, the long ribs 105, and the stay 106 are not shown in fig. 2.
When the umbrella device 100 is closed, the long ribs 105 and the supporting ribs 106 are folded around the umbrella shaft 102, the umbrella cloth 104 is also wrapped around the long ribs 105 and the supporting ribs 106 by the long ribs 105, and the outer surface (surface for preventing rain, etc.) faces outward. Since the 1 st fixing part 2 at the top end of the umbrella cover 1 is connected to the umbrella cap 101 at the top end of the umbrella device 100, the unfolded umbrella cover 1 surrounds the furled umbrella cloth 104 and the like, thereby preventing rainwater and the like on the umbrella cloth 104 from rubbing a user or other people.
When the umbrella device 100 is used, the umbrella device 100 can be normally unfolded for use only by folding the umbrella case 1 (see fig. 1). Therefore, in the umbrella device 100 of the present embodiment, the umbrella cover 1 can effectively solve the problems of attachment and portability of the umbrella cover 1 while protecting the umbrella and avoiding the influence of the umbrella on the surroundings.
Integral structure of umbrella cover
The overall structure of the umbrella cover according to the present embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 3 to 5.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an opened state of the umbrella cover 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a partial schematic bottom view of the extendable helix 12 of the umbrella case 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 4, for convenience of explanation, the 1 st fixing section 2 and the like are omitted.
As shown in fig. 3, the 1 st fixing part 2 may have a cylindrical shape made of hard plastic, and an outer surface thereof is connected to an innermost surface of the helical telescopic body 12. The 1 st fixing part 2 is attached to, for example, a lower part of a cap 101 of the umbrella device 100 (see fig. 2).
The spirally stretchable body 12 is formed by spirally winding an elastic long plate material having a certain width, and thus has a plurality of telescopic joints 11 (see fig. 4) which are wound and wound from the inside to the outside, and the number of the telescopic joints 11 can be adjusted according to parameters such as the length of the umbrella device 100 and the size of the long plate material (see fig. 2, for example, 5 layers). As shown in fig. 3, the helical stretchable body 12 is wrapped around the outside of the 1 st fixing section 2, and the innermost stretchable joint 11 (i.e., the uppermost stretchable joint 11 in fig. 3) is directly connected to the 1 st fixing section 2. The outer surface of each telescopic link 11 of the helical telescopic body 12 has a semi-circular portion 3 protruding outward as described later, and a locking groove 4 is formed in a position of the inner surface of each telescopic link 11 facing the semi-circular portion 3 of the outer surface. Thus, when the umbrella case 1 is in the contracted state, the semicircular part 3 of each telescopic joint 11 is engaged with the locking groove 4 of the telescopic joint 11 of the next layer (i.e., the outer layer), and the curled spiral telescopic body 12 is fixed, thereby preventing the telescopic joints 11 of the adjacent layers from moving.
The 2 nd fixing part 5 may be a cylindrical shape made of a hard plastic material. The 2 nd fixing part 5 is fitted on the outer surface of the spirally stretchable body 12 (as shown in FIG. 3), so that the 2 nd fixing part 5 is positioned at the lowermost end when the umbrella case 1 is unfolded. The second fixing portion 5 also has an engaging groove 4 formed on the inner surface thereof, which is engaged with the semicircular portion 3 of the outer surface of the telescopic link 11 on the outermost layer of the telescopic screw 12 when the umbrella case 1 is in the contracted state, to prevent the second fixing portion 5 and the telescopic screw 12 from moving.
When the umbrella cover 1 is opened, the spiral telescopic body 12 is unfolded downwards, the multiple layers of telescopic joints 11 are connected with each other in the vertical direction, and the telescopic joint 11 at the outer layer is positioned below the telescopic joint 11 at the inner layer. The semicircle part 3 of the outer surface of the telescopic joint 11 of each layer is separated from the clamping groove 4 of the inner surface of the telescopic joint 11 of the outer layer and the 2 nd fixing part 5, and the 2 nd fixing part 5 is positioned at the lowest part of the umbrella cover 1.
That is, in the present embodiment, the entire umbrella case 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape to cover the umbrella device (see fig. 2) by simply pulling the 2 nd fixing portion 5 located at the outermost layer downward in the collapsed state of the umbrella case 1 (see fig. 1) to expand the spirally stretchable body 12 into a structure in which the plurality of telescopic joints 12 are connected to each other vertically.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a closed state of the umbrella cover 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. For the umbrella case 1 in the open state (as shown in fig. 2), the spiral telescopic body 12 can be contracted into a structure in which the telescopic joints 11 are overlapped inside and outside by only pushing the 2 nd fixing part 5 at the lowest end upwards, and the whole umbrella case 1 is folded.
As shown in fig. 5, in the collapsed state, the semicircular portion 3 of each telescopic joint 11 is engaged with the locking groove 4 of the telescopic joint 11 of the next layer (i.e., the outer layer), the locking groove 4 of the inner surface of the 2 nd fixing portion 5 is engaged with the semicircular portion 3 of the outer surface of the telescopic joint 11 of the outermost layer of the spiral telescopic body 12, and the spiral telescopic body 12 collapsed in a curled shape is fixed, so that the telescopic joint 11 of the adjacent layer and the 2 nd fixing portion 5 are prevented from moving, and the chute 1 is fixed in the collapsed state by the engagement of the semicircular portion 3 and the locking groove 4. (refer to FIG. 1)
Detailed structure of umbrella cover
The specific structure of the umbrella cover 1 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 6 to 10.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of a portion I in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 6, the outer surface of the 1 st fixing part 2 is connected to the inner side surface of the innermost telescopic joint 11 (i.e., the central end of the telescopic screw 12 shown in fig. 4) by a hinge 21 to expand and contract the telescopic screw 12. The hinge 21 may be a rope, a coil or a pin, etc.
Fig. 7 is a partial sectional view a-a of fig. 5. In fig. 7, since the telescopic joints 11 of each layer have the same structure, for convenience of description, only the telescopic joints 11 of three layers and their corresponding structures are shown, and the illustration of the parts such as the first fixing portion 2 is omitted.
As shown in fig. 7, each telescopic joint 11 is formed in a substantially annular shape when viewed in the vertical direction, and has an engagement groove 4 formed in the inner surface thereof. When the umbrella cover 1 is in a folding state, the stop groove 4 is clamped with the convex semicircle part 3 on the outer surface of the telescopic joint 11 of the inner layer to fix the telescopic joints 11 of the plurality of layers and prevent the telescopic joints 11 of the adjacent layers from moving.
Specifically, a plurality of semicircular portions 3 are formed at predetermined intervals on one side surface of the long sheet material, and a plurality of engagement grooves 4 in the form of narrow grooves are formed at predetermined positions on the other side surface of the sheet material. After the sheet material is spirally wound into the spirally stretchable body 12, the semicircular part 3 on the outer surface of the telescopic joint 11 of each layer can correspond to the position of the locking groove 4 on the inner surface of the telescopic joint 11 of the outer layer (see fig. 5).
In the present embodiment, the height of the protrusion of the semicircular portion 3 is significantly greater than the depth of the recess of the locking groove 4, and the diameter thereof is also greater than the width of the locking groove 4, so that the semicircular portion 3 and the locking groove 4 can be engaged with each other only when a certain force is applied thereto, and therefore, even when the umbrella case 1 that is unfolded is placed in an inverted state, the telescopic joints 11 connected up and down are not automatically folded up, and the open state of the umbrella case 1 can be maintained.
Fig. 8 is an enlarged view of a portion II in fig. 7. As shown in fig. 8, the semicircular part 3 may be formed in an approximately hemispherical shape made of a material having a high friction coefficient and a certain elasticity. The locking groove 4 has a rectangular cross section.
In the present embodiment, when the umbrella case 1 is in the collapsed state, each of the telescopic sections 11 of the helical telescopic body 12 is folded and curled in the inward and outward directions (as shown in fig. 5), and the semicircular portion 3 is deformed to a certain extent by the locking groove 4 in the process of engaging the telescopic sections 11 of the adjacent layers, so that the telescopic sections 11 of the multiple layers in the folded state can be firmly fixed between the first fixing portion 2 and the second fixing portion 5. In addition, since the semicircular part 3 is approximately hemispherical and the locking groove 4 is approximately rectangular, the engagement contact area between the semicircular part 3 and the locking groove 4 is small, so that the user can release the engagement between the semicircular part 3 and the locking groove 4 by only slightly pulling the spirally stretchable body 12 downward, and the whole umbrella cover 1 can be opened by conveniently unfolding the spirally stretchable body 12. Further, since the spirally-stretchable body 12 has a spiral shape, the semicircular portion 3 is engaged with the engaging groove 4, and the telescopic links 11 of adjacent layers can be prevented from sliding relative to each other in the circumferential direction, thereby preventing the length of the folded spirally-stretchable body 12 from changing.
Hereinafter, the connection structure of the expansion joint 11 of the adjacent layer will be described in detail with reference to fig. 9.
Fig. 9 is a partial sectional view B-B of fig. 3. In fig. 9, for convenience of explanation, the semicircular portion 3 and the like are omitted.
As shown in fig. 9, a lower locking portion 13 bent in a hook shape toward the outer side of the expansion joint 11 is formed below the expansion joint 11 of each layer, and an upper locking portion 14 bent in a hook shape toward the inner side of the expansion joint 11 is formed above the expansion joint 11 of each layer.
In the present embodiment, when the helical telescopic body 12 is expanded (as shown in fig. 3), the outer-layer telescopic joint 11 moves to the lower portion of the adjacent telescopic joint 11, and the upper locking portion 14 of the outer-layer telescopic joint 11 is engaged with the lower locking portion 13 of the upper-layer telescopic joint 11. Therefore, the occurrence of a gap in the expanded helical expansion/contraction body 12 due to the separation of the outer expansion joint 11 moving downward from the previous expansion joint 11 is avoided. When the umbrella cover 1 is in the unfolding state, the semicircular part 3 (not shown in the figure) protruding outwards is positioned above the upper clamping part 14 of the telescopic joint 11 of the next layer (namely, the outer layer), so that the contraction of the spiral telescopic body 12 caused by the upward movement of the telescopic joint 11 of the next layer can be prevented, and when the umbrella cover 1 is folded, only under the condition of certain thrust, the upper clamping part 14 of the telescopic joint 11 of the next layer can cross over the semicircular part 3 of the telescopic joint 11 of the previous layer to continue moving upwards (namely, the spiral telescopic body 12 contracts), so that the unfolding state (even the using state) can be maintained even if the opened umbrella cover 1 is in the state of being placed upside down and the like, and the use condition of accidental contraction and the like can not be influenced.
Hereinafter, the connection structure between the telescopic joint 11 and the 2 nd fixing part 5 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 10.
Fig. 10 is a partial cross-sectional view of C-C of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 10, the 2 nd fixing portion 5 has an upper locking portion 14 bent in a hook shape inward and downward formed at the top thereof and a bottom stopper 51 protruding inward at the bottom thereof.
In the present embodiment, when the stretchable spiral body 12 is unfolded (as shown in fig. 3), the 2 nd fixing portion 5 moves to the lower portion of the stretchable spiral body 12 (i.e., the lowermost portion of the open umbrella case 1), and as described above, the telescopic links 11 of the stretchable spiral body 12 are vertically connected, so that the 2 nd fixing portion 5 is engaged with the lower engaging portion 13 of the outermost telescopic link 11 by the upper engaging portion 14 to connect the stretchable spiral body 12, thereby preventing the 2 nd fixing portion 5 from being detached from the stretchable spiral body 12. When the 2 nd fixing part 5 is pushed upward to close the chute 1, that is, when the telescopic spiral part 12 is contracted to a state where the telescopic sections 11 are overlapped (as shown in fig. 1), the bottom stopper 51 on the inner side of the bottom of the 2 nd fixing part 5 is locked to the lower locking part 13 of the telescopic section 11 on the outermost layer, so that the upward movement distance of the 2 nd fixing part 5 can be restricted, and the 2 nd fixing part 5 is prevented from being separated from the telescopic spiral part 12 from above. As described above, in the collapsed state of the umbrella case 1, the upper locking portion 14 of the 2 nd fixing portion 5 is also positioned below the semicircular portion 3 of the outermost telescopic link 11, thereby preventing the umbrella case 1 from being contracted by an unexpected upward movement of the 2 nd fixing portion 5.
To sum up, the utility model discloses an chute boot has simple structure, convenient to use's advantage, through the panel of curling into the helical shape of installation one between two drums, can produce the chute boot that can freely stretch out and draw back, and this chute boot can the direct mount at the top of umbrella device, carries out the block through parts such as semicircle portion, card end groove and upper and lower card end portion above that and connects. Therefore, the umbrella cover can not only keep the state of contraction and fixation when being folded, but also avoid the conditions of disjointing and the like between the parts when being opened. Because the main body of the umbrella cover is a spiral expansion body formed by bending and winding the integral sheet material, even if a certain expansion joint in the umbrella cover can not be connected together due to the conditions of abrasion and the like, the umbrella cover can not be broken, and can still be normally used through proper adjustment, thereby prolonging the service life of the umbrella cover.
Although the upper and lower locking portions 14 and 13 are integrally formed on the telescopic joint 11 and the 2 nd fixing portion 5, and the bottom stopper 51 is stuck to the inner side of the bottom of the 2 nd fixing portion 5 in the present embodiment, the upper and lower locking portions 14 and 13 of the umbrella cover 1 of the present invention may be fixed to the telescopic joint 11 of each layer by mounting, and the bottom stopper 51 may be integrally formed at the bottom end of the 2 nd fixing portion 5.
The semicircular part 3 may have a shape of a substantially cylindrical or rectangular shape, or may have no elasticity. The recessed shape of the locking groove 4 may be the same as the shape of the semicircular portion 3, for example, a semicircular shape.
The above description is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. On reading the description, a person skilled in the art may modify the technical solutions described in the embodiments, or may replace some of the technical features; such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
