Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种防锈步进电机,包括定子和转子,所述定子内孔表面镀有一层电泳漆,所述转子外圆表面涂有淡金水。所述定子内孔电泳漆厚度为0.01-0.03mm,将定子内孔和转子外圆的磨削加工面覆盖保护起来,大大增强了电机的防锈能力,增加了电机的寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电机,具体的说是一种防锈步进电机。
背景技术
混合式步进电机是一种将电脉冲信号转化为不连续的机械运动的电子装置。其定子和转子之间的间隙一般比较小,在0.05mm左右。如果不加以防护,很容易生锈而导致卡死。目前,普通的步进电机定子内孔和转子外圆磨削后,只是涂少量防锈油,以防止生锈,但是时间一长,防锈油会挥发掉,电机内部容易生锈,导致电机失效,影响电机寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种防锈步进电机。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型是提供一种防锈步进电机,包括定子和转子,所述定子内孔表面镀有一层电泳漆。    
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述转子外圆表面涂有淡金水。
作为本实用新型的优选实施例:所述定子内孔电泳漆厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在定子内孔加上了一层电泳漆,转子外圆涂淡金水,将定子内孔和转子外圆的磨削加工面覆盖保护起来,大大增强了电机的防锈能力,增加了电机的寿命。

如图1、2所示:本实用新型涉及一种防锈步进电机,包括定子1和转子2,所述定子1内孔表面镀有一层电泳漆1-1,所述转子2外圆表面涂有淡金水2-1。所述定子内孔电泳漆1-1厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
本实用新型在定子内孔加上了一层电泳漆,转子外圆涂淡金水,将定子内孔和转子外圆的磨削加工面覆盖保护起来,大大增强了电机的防锈能力,增加了电机的寿命。

1. 一种防锈步进电机,包括定子(1)和转子(2),其特征在于:所述定子(1)内孔表面镀有一层电泳漆(1-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈步进电机,其特征在于:所述定子内孔电泳漆(1-1)厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈步进电机,其特征在于:所述转子(2)外圆表面涂有淡金水(2-1)。
