本实用新型涉及一种内置均衡充电器式电动自行车锂电池包。它由电源接口、直流输出接口和充电控制与保护模块组成,充电控制与保护模块中设有电源变换模块、均衡充电模块、电池保护模块和充放电负极控制模块,电源变换模块连接均衡充电模块、充放电负极控制模块,充放电负极控制模块连接电源变换模块、均衡充电模块、电池组模块、电池保护模块、直流输出接口。它将均衡充电模块设定为电动自行车的整车配置,并且与电池包组合成一体,只要市电就能为电动自行车充电。可靠地解决了电池组内单体电池电压不均衡的现象,可以对不均衡电池进行修复性均衡充电。本实用新型具有结构紧凑、控制有效、配置方便和使用安全的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带充电机构的电动自行车用锂离子电池包,具体地说是一种内置均衡充电器式电动自行车锂电池包。
背景技术
目前电动自行车的电池包和充电器是各自独立的,不配套的充电器也不能随便用于电动自行车的充电,因而行车过程中携带充电器是一件很不方便的事。同时,电动自行车电池组内出现单体电池电压不均衡时,只能拆离单体电池,不能进行修复性均衡充电。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种具有修复性充电功能的内置均衡充电器式电动自行车锂电池包,它能够有效地将均衡充电器设定为电动自行车的整车必需配置,并且与电池包组合配套和形成一体;可靠地解决了电池组内单体电池电压不均衡的问题,可以对不均衡电池进行修复性均衡充电。
本实用新型解决问题的技术方案是:设计一种由电源接口、直流输出接口和充电控制与保护模块组成的内置均衡充电器式电动自行车锂电池包,充电控制与保护模块中设置有电源变换模块、均衡充电模块、电池保护模块和充放电负极控制模块,电源变换模块依次连接均衡充电模块和充放电负极控制模块,充放电负极控制模块分别连接电源变换模块、均衡充电模块、电池组模块、电池保护模块、直流输出接口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于充电控制与保护模块中设置有电源变换模块和均衡充电模块,因而可以直接连接交流电源给电动自行车充电,而不需要另外配带充电器。同时由于电池组模块分别连接有均衡充电模块和电池保护模块,因而能够对电动自行车实施均衡充电和利用修复设备进行均衡充电。本实用新型还具有结构紧凑、控制有效、配置方便和使用安全的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1提供的实施例分二个部分对本实用新型进一步说明。
第一,充电过程。
充电时,电源接口(1)连接上充电控制与保护模块(3),电动自行车电池包充电,此时,均衡充电模块(5)实时检测各单体电池的电压,保持各单体电池电压的一致性,当电池组模块(8)的电压达到充满保护电压时,电池保护模块(6)和充放电负极控制模块工作,充电结束。
第二,放电过程。
放电时,直流输出接口(2)连接上电动自行车,电动自行车电池包放电。此时,均衡充电模块(5)实时检测各单体电池的电压,保护各单体电池电压的一致性,当电池组模块(8)的电压达到放电保护电压时,电池保护模块(6)和充放电负极控制模块工作,放电结束。

1.一种内置均衡充电器式电动自行车锂电池包,其特征在于:它由电源接口(1)、直流输出接口(2)和充电控制与保护模块(3)组成,充电控制与保护模块(3)中设置有电源变换模块(4)、均衡充电模块(5)、电池保护模块(6)和充放电负极控制模块(7),电源变换模块(4)依次连接均衡充电模块(5)、电池组模块(8)、电池保护模块(6),充放电负极控制模块(7)分别连接电源变换模块(4)、均衡充电模块(5)、电池组模块(8)、电池保护模块(6)、直流输出接口(2)。
