本实用新型涉及一种配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，其特点是：包括固定在配电箱内的至少一个支承件(1)，在每个支承件(1)中部均开有安装槽，在安装槽上可拆卸安装有一滑动件(2)，从而能将滑动件(2)安装在该安装槽的任意位置上，该滑动件(2)还与一电气元件安装底板(3)固定连接。本实用新型提供了一种配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，采用该装置后调节距离在8-10cm，可在预埋箱体内调节电气元件安装底板的升降，从而确保电气元件的正确安装位置，也便于安全操作。

本实用新型涉及一种配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置。
背景技术
低压配电箱广泛应用于现代建筑物中。如将配电箱安装在墙体，如预埋在墙体，不可预见性因素：如保温、抹灰、贴瓷砖等，造成预埋箱体深度不合适，待箱芯安装时，使断路器的操作位置发生变动，如图1所示，导致防护盖和电气元件之间距离不匹配，造成使用者的不方便，整体既不美观也不协调。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，能够适当调节电气元件的位置从而方便使用。
一种配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，其特别之处在于：包括固定在配电箱内的至少一个支承件，在每个支承件中部均开有安装槽，在安装槽上可拆卸安装有一滑动件，从而能将滑动件安装在该安装槽的任意位置上，该滑动件还与一电气元件安装底板固定连接。
其中支承件有两个，该两个支承件分别固定在配电箱内的箱体两侧上。
其中支承件焊接在配电箱内的箱体两侧上。
其中滑动件通过螺栓和螺母安装在支承件的安装槽上。
其中支承件和滑动件均为U型杆。
其中滑动件与电气元件安装底板焊接成一体。
本实用新型提供了一种配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，采用该装置后调节距离在8-10cm，可在预埋箱体内调节电气元件安装底板的升降，从而确保电气元件的正确安装位置，也便于安全操作。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，本实用新型是一种配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，包括固定在配电箱内的两个支承件1，在每个支承件1中部均开有安装槽，安装槽为长条形通槽，在安装槽上可拆卸安装有一滑动件2，具体是滑动件2通过螺栓和螺母4安装在支承件1的安装槽上，从而能将滑动件2安装在该安装槽的任意位置上，该滑动件2还与一电气元件安装底板3固定连接，具体可以焊接成一体，这样滑动件2在安装槽上的位置改变也就相应改变了电气元件安装底板3与配电箱防护盖5的间距。另外在电气元件安装底板3上安装有断路器6，整个配电箱安装在墙体7内。
如图3所示，其中支承件1有两个，该两个支承件1分别固定在配电箱内的箱体两侧(图3中左右两侧)上，具体是支承件1焊接在配电箱内的箱体两侧上，其中的支承件1和滑动件2均采用U型杆。

1.一种配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，其特征在于：包括固定在配电箱内的至少一个支承件(1)，在每个支承件(1)中部均开有安装槽，在安装槽上可拆卸安装有一滑动件(2)，从而能将滑动件(2)安装在该安装槽的任意位置上，该滑动件(2)还与一电气元件安装底板(3)固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，其特征在于：其中支承件(1)有两个，该两个支承件(1)分别固定在配电箱内的箱体两侧上。
3.如权利要求2所述的配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，其特征在于：其中支承件(1)焊接在配电箱内的箱体两侧上。
4.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，其特征在于：其中滑动件(2)通过螺栓和螺母(4)安装在支承件(1)的安装槽上。
5.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，其特征在于：其中支承件(1)和滑动件(2)均为U型杆。
6.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的配电箱用电气元件安装位置调节装置，其特征在于：其中滑动件(2)与电气元件安装底板(3)焊接成一体。
