本实用新型公开了一种工作灯,包括长条形灯壳、设于该灯壳内的电池盒和设于该灯壳内并沿灯壳长度方向间隔分布的发光体,所述灯壳上设有控制发光体工作状态的开关,其特征在于:所述各发光体对应有一套灯头调焦组件,且各灯头调焦组件包括有一透镜和露出于所述灯壳外而能带动该透镜轴向移动的调焦旋钮。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:车辆维修人员可以根据维修时的照明需要,通过手动旋转调焦旋钮来带动透镜相对于对应发光体进行移动,进而调节发光体的灯光聚散范围,为车辆维修提供更好的照明环境。并且,采用手动旋转的调节方式,操作较为简单,对灯光聚散的调节范围也较为精确。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明灯具,具体是指一种适用于车辆维修等不同场合照明的工作灯。
背景技术
机动车辆在夜间行驶时,如遇到故障停车或者维修,往往需要通过车载工作灯的照明来对汽车进行维修。随着汽车的普及,目前已有越来越多的汽车配置有车载工作灯,特别是引擎盖工作灯,使用更为广泛。然而,现有的引擎盖工作灯不能对灯头进行调焦,如专利号为ZL200920115444.4(授权公告号为CN201377691Y)的中国实用新型专利所公开的《车载工作灯》,该车载工作灯包括工作灯架和灯组件,使用时,工作灯架挂置在汽车的前引擎盖等位置上,使用较为方便,此外,该车载工作灯的工作灯架还具有较好的通用性。但是,由于该车载工作灯不能对灯组件发射的灯光聚散范围进行调节,从而给维修工作带来一定的不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种能对灯头焦距进行手动调节的工作灯。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该工作灯,包括长条形灯壳、设于该灯壳内的电池盒和设于该灯壳内并沿灯壳长度方向间隔分布的发光体,所述灯壳上设有控制发光体工作状态的开关,其特征在于:所述各发光体对应有一套灯头调焦组件,且各灯头调焦组件包括有一透镜和露出于所述灯壳外而能带动该透镜轴向移动的调焦旋钮。
优选地,所述的各灯头调节组件还包括有灯头旋转支架、灯杯、灯头下盖及灯头上盖,所述灯头旋转支架固定在灯壳内,所述灯杯罩设在发光体外并固定在所述灯头旋转支架的上方,所述灯头下盖和灯头上盖固定在所述灯杯外,所述灯头上盖的内周设有内螺纹,所述调焦旋钮的外周设有与该内螺纹相啮合的外螺纹,所述的透镜安装在所述调焦旋钮上。这样,由于发光体的位置相对灯壳固定不定,旋转调焦旋钮后,可改变透镜与对应发光体之间的距离,进而实现手动调焦。
为了便于工作灯能悬挂在引擎盖上,所述灯壳的两端分别设有一挂钩,各挂钩通过一挂钩固定扣具与扣带的一端相连,各扣带的另一端设有一夹子。使用工作灯时,夹子夹紧在引擎盖上。
为了使工作灯能紧紧吸附在引擎盖上,所述灯壳的下底面上设有多个沿灯壳长度方向间隔分布的磁铁。
进一步优选,所述灯壳上设有一DC电源输入端子。这样,工作灯除了采用电池供电外,还可以采用其他外接电源进行供电。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:车辆维修人员可以根据维修时的照明需要,通过手动旋转位于灯壳外的调焦旋钮来带动透镜相对于对应发光体进行移动,进而调节发光体的灯光聚散范围,为车辆维修提供更好的照明环境。并且,采用手动旋转的调节方式,操作较为简单,对灯光聚散的调节范围也较为精确。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图4所示,本实施例中的工作灯具有长条形的灯壳1,灯壳1由底座12和上盖板11组成,上盖板11的上表面用装饰条15进行装饰。在底座12内具有3个间隔分布的安装座14,安装座14上安装有发光体(图中未示)及灯头调焦组件2,在灯壳1上开有3个间隔分布的圆形通孔13,一个通孔13对应一套灯头调焦组件2和一个安装座14。本实施例中,电池盒4设于底座12内,控制发光体的开关3设于上盖板11上,发光体采用1W大功率LED灯,当然,发光体的类型和功率可以根据需要进行改变,并不局限于本实施例所述的。
具体地,灯头调焦组件2包括灯头旋转支架26、灯杯25、灯头下盖24、灯头上盖23、透镜22及调焦旋钮21。其中,灯头旋转支架26坐落在安装座14内,灯杯25罩设在发光体外并固定在灯头旋转支架26的上方,灯头下盖24和灯头上盖23固定在灯杯25外,在灯头上盖23的内周设有内螺纹,在调焦旋钮21的外周设有与该内螺纹相啮合的外螺纹,透镜22安装在调焦旋钮21上。这样,由于发光体的位置相对灯壳固定不动,所以旋转调焦旋钮21后,可改变透镜22与对应发光体之间的距离。维修车辆时,可以根据灯光照射需要,通过旋转调焦旋钮21来实现发光体灯光聚散范围的调节,为车辆维修提供更好的照明环境。并且,采用手动旋转的调节方式,操作较为简单,对灯光聚散的调节范围也较为精确。
为了在维修车辆时工作灯能悬挂在引擎盖上,本实施例中,在底座12的两端分别设有一个挂钩5,各挂钩5通过一个挂钩固定扣具6与扣带7的一端相连,各扣带7的另一端设有一夹子8,使用时,夹子8夹在引擎盖上。进一步地,为了在维修时工作灯能紧紧吸附在引擎盖上,本实施例中,在底座12的下底面上设有4个间隔分布的磁铁9。该工作灯除了采用电池驱动外,还可以采用其他外接电源进行供电,本实施例的底座12上设有DC电源输入端子10,在底座12内设有变压器(图中未示),外部电源通过DC电源输入端子10并经变压器变压后对各发光体进行供电。此外,为了丰富该工作灯的使用功能,该工作灯还配有一个12V点烟头(图中未示)。

Claims (5)

1.一种工作灯,包括长条形灯壳(1)、设于该灯壳内的电池盒(4)和设于该灯壳内并沿灯壳长度方向间隔分布的发光体,所述灯壳上设有控制发光体工作状态的开关(3),其特征在于:所述各发光体对应有一套灯头调焦组件(2),且各灯头调焦组件(2)包括有一透镜(22)和露出于所述灯壳(1)外而能带动该透镜(22)轴向移动的调焦旋钮(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工作灯,其特征在于:所述的各灯头调节组件还包括有灯头旋转支架(26)、灯杯(25)、灯头下盖(24)及灯头上盖(23),所述灯头旋转支架(26)固定在灯壳(1)内,所述灯杯(25)罩设在发光体外并固定在所述灯头旋转支架(26)的上方,所述灯头下盖(24)和灯头上盖(23)固定在所述灯杯(25)外,所述灯头上盖(23)的内周设有内螺纹,所述调焦旋钮(21)的外周设有与该内螺纹相啮合的外螺纹,所述的透镜(22)安装在所述调焦旋钮(21)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的工作灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳(1)的两端分别设有一挂钩(5),各挂钩(5)通过一挂钩固定扣具(6)与扣带(7)的一端相连,各扣带(7)的另一端设有一夹子(8)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的工作灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳(1)的下底面上设有多个沿灯壳长度方向间隔分布的磁铁(9)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的工作灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳(1)上设有一DC电源输入端子(10)。
