本实用新型公开了一种新型风力发电机组。所述新型风力发电机组包括叶轮;主轴,所述主轴连接叶轮与多级传动齿轮箱;所述多级传动齿轮箱有2个输出轴,分别通过弹性联轴器与发电机连接;所述2个发电机分别通过各自独立的变流器并入电网。该实用新型原理清晰,结构简洁,无需研发大功率发电机,使用现有的小功率发电机即可实现高效率发电,经济性较强,且小功率风力发电机组零部件方便运输,此实用新型在未来的风电应用中有很大的发展趋势。

本实用新型涉及风力发电技术领域,具体说是一种新型风力发电机组。
背景技术
近年来,随着风力发电技术的发展和风场资源的不断开发,为了提高发电效率,需要不断研发大功率变速风力发电机组。
一般风力发电机组设计中包括叶轮和单个发电机,为了提高发电效率,往往需要大功率的发电机,但发电机型号越大,会造成整个发电机设备结构重量增加,其研发周期长,研发人工成本和材料成本高,制造难度也相应的增大,质量很难达到设计要求。
针对现有风力发电机组的结构特点,本实用新型的目的在于无需研发大功率发电机,使用两台同等1/2机组额定功率的发电机即可达到大功率发电机的发电效率。此实用新型在实际应用中更具经济性。
实用新型内容
针对现有风力发电机组的结构特点,本实用新型的目的在于无需研发大功率发电机,使用两台同等1/2机组额定功率的发电机即可达到大功率发电机的发电效率。
具体如下;
一种风力发电机组,包括叶轮、主轴、多级传动齿轮箱、联轴器、发电机和变流器;所述叶轮,将风能转化为机械能;所述主轴连接于叶轮和多级传动齿轮箱之间,并将叶轮的扭矩传递给多级传动齿轮箱;所述叶轮、主轴、多级传动齿轮箱、联轴器、发电机依次连接;所述发电机将机械能转化为电能;发电机发出来的电能经过变流器逆变后并入电网。
进一步,多级传动齿轮箱有2个输出传动比相等的输出轴。
进一步,发电机为2个独立但同等额定功率的发电机,分别连接到所述2个输出传动比相等的输出轴。
进一步,所述变流器为2个独立但设计容量相等的变流器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的新型风力发电机组具有2个发电机,在发电时,2个发电机同时工作,2个发电机以并联方式连接到供电网络。如果其中一台损坏,另外一台可正常工作,减少电力损失。该实用新型原理清晰,结构简洁,无需研发大功率发电机,使用现有的小功率发电机即可实现高效率发电,经济性较强,且小功率风力发电机组零部件方便运输,此实用新型在未来的风电应用中有很大的发展趋势。

具体实施方式:
参见图1,本实用新型的提出了一种新型风力发电机组,该实用新型的整机设计容量不小于5MW。
下面结合附图对整机设计容量为6MW的风力发电机组做进一步详细描述:
叶轮1,将风能转化为机械能;主轴2连接叶轮1和多级传动齿轮箱3,并将叶轮1的扭矩传递给多级传动齿轮箱3;设计功率为6MW机组应用的齿轮箱,多级传动齿轮箱有2个高速轴输出端,分别通过弹性联轴器4与发电机5相连;发电机5是2个独立额定功率为3MW的发电机,它将机械能转化为电能,目前国内3MW的发电机已经成功制造并实际应用,然后分别通过各自独自的变流器6,国内3MW机组应用的变流器也已经成功制造并实际应用;最后发电机发出的电能经变流器6整流逆变后并入电网7。

1.一种新型风力发电机组,其特征在于:包括叶轮(1)、主轴(2)、多级传动齿轮箱(3)、联轴器(4)、发电机(5)和变流器(6);所述叶轮(1),将风能转化为机械能;所述主轴(2)连接于叶轮(1)和多级传动齿轮箱(3)之间,并将叶轮(1)的扭矩传递给多级传动齿轮箱(3);所述叶轮(1)、主轴(2)、多级传动齿轮箱(3)、联轴器(4)、发电机(5)依次连接;所述发电机(5)将机械能转化为电能;发电机(5)发出来的电能经过变流器(6)逆变后并入电网。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机组,其特征在于:多级传动齿轮箱(3)有2个输出传动比相等的输出轴。
3.如权利要求2所述的风力发电机组,其特征在于:发电机(5)为2个独立但同等额定功率的发电机,分别连接到所述2个输出传动比相等的输出轴。
4.如权利要求3所述的风力发电机组,其特征在于:所述变流器(6)为2个独立但设计容量相等的变流器。
