本实用新型平常使用时，取下下笔帽3套在上笔帽7外，便可撰写，若笔墨沾污到衣服或皮肤上，取下上笔帽7，按压喷雾喷头4一侧，喷出雾状清洁剂，即可除去污渍。当清洁剂用尽时，可以更换装满清洁剂的喷雾喷头，与外管组装使用。本实用新型结构简单，使用方便。
