甘露醇为临床常用的脱水药，在治疗颅内高压时，静滴的速度要快、最好是静脉推注，要求在15分钟～30分钟内注完250毫升20％甘露醇。神经内外科甘露醇使用非常频繁，护士每天要推注甘露醇数十次，采用传统的手工推注，劳动强度大，工作效率低。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单，使用方便，提高工作效率的一种静脉助推加压器。

具体实施方案：
见图2，推注甘露醇时，用弹性皮筋2套上注射器筒，压力盘1一端套在注射器活塞柄上，只需轻轻握住加压器两端，250毫升20％甘露醇就会在15-20分钟之内自动推进静脉。本实用新型不仅限于推注甘露醇，也可运用于其他静脉推注注射。
