Abstract
一种用于变压器氮气瓶的固定装置，包含有设置在氮气瓶（2）的侧面并与变压器油箱壁联接的紧固钢板（3）；紧固钢板（3）设置为两条并分别设置在氮气瓶（2）的上下端，紧固钢板（3）设置为通过螺栓与变压器油箱壁联接；氮气瓶（2）的底部设置为与油箱箱沿（4）接触式联接。因此，结构简单、减少了制造成本、减化了变压器安装工序。

一、 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定装置，尤其是一种用于变压器氮气瓶的固定装置。
二、 背景技术
在输变电线路中，为了减少电能的损失，需要使用变压器进行电压的改变，因此变压器是电力系统中的重要枢纽设备。一般大型变压器需要充氮运输，常用的氮气瓶安装结构是把氮气瓶安装在托架上，再用紧固钢板将其固定在箱壁上，当变压器现场安装完毕并充油后，将氮气瓶从变压器上拆下，这种结构的缺点固定底板永久留在变压器上，不再重复使用，并且每台变压器都需要制作、焊装一件固定底板、托架，耗用大量的材料、工人工时。
三、 发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺点，本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于变压器氮气瓶的固定装置，因此，减少了变压器制造成本，减化了变压器安装工序。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：包含有设置在氮气瓶的外围并与变压器油箱壁联接的紧固钢板。
在变压器运输时，把氮气瓶直接放置在油箱箱沿上。不再需要安装底板及托架，因此减化了变压器安装工序。
本实用新型设计了，紧固钢板设置为两条并分别设置在氮气瓶的上下端，紧固钢板设置为通过螺栓与变压器油箱壁联接。
本实用新型设计了，氮气瓶的底部设置为与油箱箱沿接触式联接。
本实用新型的技术效果在于：将氮气瓶直接放置在箱沿上，再用紧固钢板将其固定在箱壁上，降低了钢板材料成本、工人成本，并且结构简单、安装方便，提高了变压器的外观质量。

附图为本实用新型的第一个实施例，结合附图具体说明本实施例，包含有紧固钢板3，紧固钢板3设置为两条并分别设置在氮气瓶2的上下端，紧固钢板3设置为通过螺栓与变压器油箱壁联接，氮气瓶2的底部设置为与油箱箱沿4接触式联接。
在变压器运输时，把氮气瓶2通过紧固钢板3固定在油箱箱沿4上，氮气瓶2直接放置在油箱箱沿4上。
本实用新型具有下特点：
1、运输时直接将氮气瓶2放置在油箱箱沿4上，对氮气瓶2有了一个支撑，不再需要安装底板及托架，因此减少了制造成本，减化了变压器安装工序。
2、由于设计了紧固钢板3，将氮气瓶2紧固在箱壁上，同时对氮气瓶2也起到了很好地定位。
在用于变压器氮气瓶的固定装置技术领域内；凡是包含有设置在氮气瓶2的侧面并与变压器油箱壁联接的紧固钢板3的技术内容都在本实用新型的保护范围内。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于变压器氮气瓶的固定装置；其特征是：氮气瓶（2）的底部设置为与油箱箱沿（4）接触式联接。
