本实用新型涉及荧光灯管,具体涉及一种无暗区荧光灯管。
背景技术
现有的荧光灯管包括灯管本体和两个灯管插头,两个灯管插头分别连接在灯管本体的端部,整个灯管长度为灯管本体的长度外加两个灯管插头的长度,灯管本体为发光区,灯管插头处为暗区,也就是在说灯管的长度方向上,其两端部存在暗区,发光区的长度小于灯管的长度。由于灯管插头连接在灯管本体的端部,供灯管插装的灯管座也位于灯管的两端。生产场所和经营场所用的灯具数量都较多,灯具往往都首尾相连呈行列排布,而现有荧光灯管安装后,相邻两灯管本体之间有两个灯管插头和两个灯管座,两个灯管插头和两个灯管座所占的区域为不发光区即暗区,暗区所占的长度较大,给生产经营带来诸多不便。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述不足,提供一种无暗区荧光灯管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种如下结构的无暗区荧光灯管,包括灯管本体和连接在灯管本体上的两个灯管插头,其结构特点在于灯管本体为具有封闭内腔的一体结构,两灯管插头连接在灯管本体的上侧壁上。
所述灯管插头包括插头块,插头块设有内腔,内腔内装有电极,插头块上连接有用于与灯管座插接的导电柱,电柱与电极电连接;内腔和灯管本体内腔连通。
本实用新型所提供的荧光灯管,在现有技术的基础上,仅对灯管插头安装位置进行了改变,就实现了发明目的,因而结构简单。本实用新型所述的灯管,由于灯管插头连接在灯管本体的上侧壁上,灯管本体的长度即为灯管的长度,其发光区的长度与灯管的长度一致,因而在灯管的长度方向上不存在暗区。不仅单根灯管不存在暗区,就是多灯管安装成一排时,由于不需要通过灯管两端与灯管座插接,相邻两灯管之间没有灯管插头与灯管座,相邻两灯管的相邻端可以做到间隙最下,以实现一排灯管中相邻灯管之间的无暗区设置。
综上所述,本实用新型的优点在于:结构简单,灯管端部无暗区。

如图1所示,无暗区荧光灯管包括灯管本体1,灯管本体1为具有封闭内腔的一体结构。所述的一体结构的含义为:灯管本体的侧壁和端壁连为一体。灯管本体1的上侧壁上连接有两个灯管插头2,两个灯管插头2分别靠近灯管本体1的两端部设置。两个灯管插头2的外端侧最好不要探出灯管本体1的端部。灯管插头2包括插头块21,插头块21设有内腔22,内腔22内装有电极23,插头块21上连接有用于与灯管座插接的导电柱24,电柱24与电极23电连接,电柱24设在插头块21的内端面上。灯管本体1和插头块21上均设有位置相应的连通孔3,插头块21的内腔22和灯管本体1内腔通过所述连通孔3连通。

1. 一种无暗区荧光灯管,包括灯管本体(1)和连接在灯管本体(1)上的两个灯管插头(2),其特征在于灯管本体(1)为具有封闭内腔的一体结构,两灯管插头(2)连接在灯管本体(1)的上侧壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的无暗区荧光灯管,其特征是:所述灯管插头(2)包括插头块(21),插头块(21)设有内腔(22),内腔(22)内装有电极(23),插头块(21)上连接有用于与灯管座插接的导电柱(24),电柱(24)与电极(23)电连接;内腔(22)和灯管本体(1)的内腔连通。
