背景技术
从上世纪80年代至今,渣浆泵的叶轮与护板一直都是沿用锥面配合结构,其加工的精度低、间隙大、易磨损。因为在加工叶轮与护板时,端面加工完后才能重新对刀车削叶轮与护板的配合锥面,这时误差产生,使得锥面的配合误差大,间隙也较大,磨损快。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的技术问题,提供一种新型渣浆泵叶轮与护板配合结构,有效降低介质对叶轮进口处的磨蚀,减小介质经由叶轮与护板之间间隙的泄漏量,保证渣浆泵高效运行,并使整机安全、高效的长时间运行。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种渣浆泵叶轮与护板配合结构,包括叶轮、护板,其特征在于:叶轮与护板的配合面采用平面结构。
