Abstract

背景技术
墙面装饰对于人类生活及工作环境的重要意义，已越来越被社会公众所认知。现有技术中，采用木夹板拼接形成骨架，并将装饰面层与骨架相连，但木结构骨架长时间遇潮湿天气极易腐烂，容易造成装饰面层的脱落，特别是较厚重的装饰材料面层的坠落，存在严重的安全隐患问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种墙面装饰层结构，解决上述墙面装饰技术存在的安全隐患问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：构造一种墙面装饰层结构，包括厚重饰面层，还包括金属骨架，该金属骨架固定于墙体，厚重饰面层与金属骨架通过挂件连接。
在本实用新型的墙面装饰层结构中，金属骨架是钢结构骨架，该钢结构骨架由水平钢构件和垂直钢构件组成。
实施本实用新型的墙面装饰层结构，与现有技术比较，其有益效果是：该墙面装饰层结构采用金属骨架，避免了采用木夹板做基层易造成装饰面层坠落的弊端，实用性强，结构稳固可靠，安全性极高，且能够达到设计要求的外观效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，首先根据设计图纸及现场尺寸切割垂直钢构件2和水平钢构件1；在安装基层5和地面上钻孔固定垂直钢构件2和水平钢构件1；连接垂直钢构件2和水平钢构件1；进行石材装饰面层3尺寸排线加工；在水平钢构件1上用挂件4固定石材装饰面层3；调整石材装饰面层3的准确位置；根据设计图纸对石材装饰面层3缝隙进行施工。
在本实施例中，装饰面层材料是石材，当然，在其他实施例中，装饰面层材料可以是微晶玻璃等其他厚重型材料，不影响本实用新型目的的实现。

2.如权利要求1所述的墙面装饰层结构，其特征在于，所述金属骨架是钢结构骨架，该钢结构骨架由水平钢构件和垂直钢构件组成。
