本实用新型涉及太阳能发热和太阳能发电光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,属建筑工程技术领域。所述光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,包括光电系统,光热系统,金属屋面板,其特征在于:薄膜光伏组件自上向下依次与光热转换连接层、金属屋面板的波谷板面粘接贴合,所述金属屋面板的下方依次铺设有铝箔反射膜和置有岩棉保温层,所述金属屋面板的波谷板肋中置有光热系统的传热管路。本实用新型具有如下优点:光热、光电系统与建筑系统有机结合,高集成度,材料综合考虑浪费少、成本低;充分利用光照面积,光热、光电转换效率高。光电系统发电时产生的热能使循环水受热供用户使用,同时循环水充当了光电系统的散热系统,提高光电的转化效率。

技术领域
本实用新型属建筑工程技术领域,涉及将太阳能发热、太阳能供电,与建筑构造一体化集成,满足建筑供电、供热使用功能需求的,光热光电一体化建筑集成系统。
背景技术
随着能源日益紧缺和环保压力的不断增大,各国都开始力推可再生能源,其中开发和利用太阳能已成为可再生能源中最炙热的一项。目前国内光热、光电都已经单独形成了产业化体系,一般都作为光热、光电产品单独应用在建筑物、构筑物或者野外宽广的区域。
由于太阳能光热和太阳能光电产品都是以单个产品形式独立应用,在与建筑物或者构筑物结合时,不能够很好地统筹兼顾、充分发挥其各自的作用,造成不必要的浪费。如:光热和光电作为二个独立的系统在建筑上进行使用时,光照面积需增加一倍;建筑上分别安装二套系统,建筑材料安装成本、光电配套组件、光热配套组件等设备器材成本,也相应增加造成浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,将光热系统、光电系统与建筑金属屋面系统进行系统集成、综合考虑,使建筑物通过太阳能利用,既有电能可以使用,还有热能可以使用。
为实现上述目的,采用的技术方案是:光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,包括光电系统,光热系统,金属屋面板,其特征在于:薄膜光伏组件自上向下依次与光热转换连接层、所述金属屋面板的波谷板面粘接贴合,所述金属屋面板的下方依次铺设有铝箔反射膜和置有保温层,所述金属屋面板的波谷板肋中置有光热系统的传热管路。
所述光电系统,包括所述薄膜光伏组件、以及汇流箱、蓄电池和逆变器。
所述光热系统,包括所述传热管路、以及循环泵、过滤泵、辅助加热和温控系统。
所述金属屋面板为直立缝锁边金属屋面板。
所述保温层为岩棉保温层,岩棉保温层的下方还置有隔气层。
本实用新型具有如下优点:光热、光电系统与建筑系统有机结合,提高集成度,材料综合考虑浪费少、成本低;充分利用光照面积,光热、光电转换效率高。光电系统发电时产生的热能使循环水受热供用户使用,同时循环水充当了光电系统的散热系统,提高光电的转化效率;当光热效能达不到用户需求时,可以使用光电转化而储存的电能进行补充使用。

由图1、图2所示可见,光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,包括光电系统,光热系统,金属屋面板,其特征在于:薄膜光伏组件1自上向下依次与光热转换连接层2、所述金属屋面板3的波谷板面粘接贴合,所述金属屋面板3下方依次铺设有铝箔反射膜5和置有岩棉保温层6,所述金属屋面板3的波谷板肋中置有光热系统的传热管路4。
所述光电系统,除所述薄膜光伏组件1外、还包括汇流箱、蓄电池和逆变器。
所述光热系统,包括所述传热管路4、以及循环泵、过滤泵、辅助电加热和温控系统。
所述金属屋面板3为直立缝锁边金属屋面板。
所述保温层6为岩棉保温层,岩棉保温层的下方还置有隔气层。
使用时,薄膜光伏组件1通过与直立缝锁边金属屋面板3的集成,进行太阳能的光电转换,通过光电系统进行发电、蓄电池蓄电、逆变器DC/AC转换,最终向用户端供电;传热管路4对薄膜光伏组件1发电时产生的热能进行收集转换,通过光热系统循环泵、过滤泵和辅助电加热和温控系统,完成向用户端供热使用;当光热系统传热管路4收集转换的热能,不能够满足用户端热水使用要求时,可以通过光电系统存储的电能,启动辅助加热和温控系统,使用户端供热系统升温供热。
本实用新型创造对光电、光热系统与建筑体系进行了高度的结成,从建筑的设计角度进行了资源整合,不但做到了各国政府倡导的BIPV(建筑光伏一体化),而且还将光热系统进行了集成。本实用新型整体性能优异,智能化程度高,充分发挥了光电、光热系统的各自优势,并且一体化集成的建筑设计,还满足了用户用电、取热使用的要求。

1.光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,包括光电系统,光热系统,金属屋面板,其特征在于:薄膜光伏组件自上向下依次与光热转换连接层、所述金属屋面板的波谷板面粘接贴合,所述金属屋面板的下方依次铺设有铝箔反射膜和置有保温层,所述金属屋面板的波谷板肋中置有光热系统的传热管路。
2.如权利要求1所述光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,其特征在于:所述光电系统,包括所述薄膜光伏组件、以及汇流箱、逆变器和蓄电池。
3.如权利要求1所述光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,其特征在于:所述光热系统,包括所述传热管路、以及循环泵、过滤泵、辅助电加热和温控系统。
4.如权利要求1所述光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,其特征在于:所述金属屋面板为直立缝锁边金属屋面板。
5.如权利要求1所述光热光电一体化建筑集成系统,其特征在于:所述保温层为岩棉保温层。
