救生圈是水上交通工具必备的一种救生用品，传统的救生圈就是一个充气圆环，无其它附属结构，当由于意外事故导致人们落水后，只能帮助人们漂浮在水面上，而无法使落水者聚集在一起，从而常会导致落水者在风浪的作用下相互散失，因此不便于集中救援和提高人们的生还率。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服传统救生圈的不足，提供一种便于落水者聚集在一起的新型救生圈。
为实现上述技术问题本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种新型救生圈，包括圈体，圈体为一个充气圆环，在圈体上设有多个固定环和一根救生索，固定环在圈体上均匀分布，救生索缠绕在圈体上，救生索一端固定在其中一个固定环上，救生索的另一端设有一个固定扣。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本新型救生圈上设有固定环和救生索，因此当发生意外落水后在漂浮的过程中遇到其它落难者时，就可以把救生索上的固定扣钩挂在其它救生圈的固定环上，从而把落水者连接集中在一起，以便相互帮助和集中救援，增大了生存的几率。

如附图1所示：一种新型救生圈，包括圈体1，圈体1为一个充气圆环，在圈体1上设有多个固定环2和一根救生索3，固定环2在圈体1上均匀分布，救生索3缠绕在圈体1上，救生索3一端固定在其中一个固定环2上，救生索3的另一端设有一个固定扣4。
当使用本新型救生圈的过程中，当漂浮在水中的落水者遇到其它落水者时，就可以解开圈体1上的救生索3，并把救生索3的固定扣4钩挂在他人救生圈上的固定环2中，这样他们就不会飘散了，从而聚集在一起相互帮助和鼓励，便于自救也便于救援人员发现和集中施救。
