背景技术
钢带在生产加工的过程中，其表面不可避免的会附着有冷却油或其他的油类杂质，这些杂质附着在钢带表面，不仅会影响钢带的表面光洁度，也不利于包装和运输，影响了钢带的外观，因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。

本实用新型的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理、工作效果好的钢带清洗除油装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种钢带清洗除油装置，包括清洗槽，所述清洗槽内放置有清洗液，所述清洗槽的外部一侧设有输入辊，所述清洗槽的外部的另一侧设有输出辊，所述清洗槽内设有上、下两排摩擦体，所述上排摩擦体通过固定架与清洗槽的上部固定连接，所述下排摩擦体通过固定架与清洗槽的下部固定连接。
所述上排设有4个摩擦体，所述下排设有4个摩擦体。
所述摩擦体为毛毡。
所述清洗槽内靠近输入辊的位置设有导向块。
本实用新型一种钢带清洗除油装置，在工作的过程中，钢带从输入辊进入到清洗槽中，在导向块的作用下，钢带从上、下两排摩擦体之间经过，钢带表面的冷却油或其他油类杂质被摩擦体清洁干净后，经过输出辊从清洗槽中出来，从清洗槽出来后的钢带表面干净，美观，烘干后可直接包装。

如图1所示，本实用新型一种钢带清洗除油装置，包括清洗槽1，清洗槽1内放置有清洗液2，清洗槽1的外部一侧设有输入辊3，清洗槽1的外部的另一侧设有输出辊4，清洗槽1内设有上、下两排摩擦体5，且上排设有4个摩擦体，下排设有4个摩擦体，上排摩擦体5通过固定架6与清洗槽1的上部固定连接，下排摩擦体5通过固定架6与清洗槽1的下部固定连接，摩擦体5为毛毡，清洗槽1内靠近输入辊3的位置设有导向块7。
本实用新型一种钢带清洗除油装置，在工作的过程中，钢带8从输入辊3进入到清洗槽1中，在导向块7的作用下，钢带8从上、下两排摩擦体5之间经过，钢带8表面的冷却油或其他油类杂质被摩擦体5清洁干净后，经过输出辊4从清洗槽1中出来，从清洗槽1出来后的钢带表面干净，美观，烘干后可直接包装。

1.一种钢带清洗除油装置，其特征在于：包括清洗槽，所述清洗槽内放置有清洗液，所述清洗槽的外部一侧设有输入辊，所述清洗槽的外部的另一侧设有输出辊，所述清洗槽内设有上、下两排摩擦体，所述上排摩擦体通过固定架与清洗槽的上部固定连接，所述下排摩擦体通过固定架与清洗槽的下部固定连接。
