在实际生产过程中，经常需要将物料按照颗粒粗细进行分类收集，现有技术中缺少一种结构简单可对物料按照粒径粗细进行分类收集的装置，亟待改进。

本实用新型提供一种振动分级筛，不仅结构简单，而且可以按照粒径粗细对待过滤物料进行分类收集。
本实用新型通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提出一种振动分级筛，包括支架；固定支架的如下部分：由动力源驱动的振动设备、粗过滤网、细过滤网、出料通道；细过滤网处于粗过滤网下方，出料通道处于细过滤网下方。
还包括连通粗过滤网的第一出料口、连通细过滤网的第二出料口。
细过滤网与粗过滤网面积相等，且两者在正下方的投影重合。
基于以上技术方案的公开，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
在本实用新型中，将待过滤物料倒入粗过滤网上，在动力源驱动下，振动设备带动支架振动，支架带动粗过滤网、细过滤网振动，使得待过滤物料在粗过滤网上被过滤，较细颗粒物料落到细过滤网上，而粗颗粒物料进入第一出料口；落到细过滤网上的较细颗粒物料在细过滤网上被进一步过滤，细颗粒物料落入出料通道，较粗颗粒物料进入第二出料口。从而可以很方便地将物料按照粒径粗细进行分类收集。

本实用新型提出一种振动分级筛，包括支架３；固定支架３的如下部分：由动力源驱动的振动设备５、粗过滤网１、细过滤网２、出料通道４；细过滤网２处于粗过滤网１下方，出料通道４处于细过滤网下方，还包括连通粗过滤网１的第一出料口１１、连通细过滤网２的第二出料口２１，细过滤网２与粗过滤网１面积相等，且两者在正下方的投影重合。
将待过滤物料倒入粗过滤网１上，在动力源驱动下，振动设备５带动支架３振动，支架３带动粗过滤网１、细过滤网２振动，使得待过滤物料在粗过滤网１上被过滤，较细颗粒物料落到细过滤网２上，而粗颗粒物料进入第一出料口１１；落到细过滤网２上的较细颗粒物料在细过滤网２上被进一步过滤，细颗粒物料落入出料通道４，较粗颗粒物料进入第二出料口２１。从而可以很方便地将物料按照粒径粗细进行分类收集。
