目前,在高低压配电柜行业中,由于只有单纯的负荷开关核漏电保护装置,当设备发生故障时,设备维护人员不能及时知晓设备的运行情况,导致维护不及时,造成较大的经济损失,并给维护人员的人身安全带来了潜在的威胁。
发明内容:
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种高低压配电柜智能远程信息采集装置,以解决上述背景技术中所存在的问题。

本实用新型高低压配电柜智能远程信息采集装置,包括系统主板、副板、温度传感器、配电箱电表、SMS无线网络、信息终端接收机、计算机和手机,所述系统主板上装有CPU,系统主板分别与副板、温度传感器、配电箱电表连接,系统主板通过SMS无线网络与信息终端接收机连接,信息终端接收机分别与电脑和手机连接;装置运行时,系统主板与CPU配合,对配电箱内配电设备的电压、电流、来电、停电、箱体内环境温度及其它模拟量进行16路分别采样进行监控,并将监控信息通过SMS无限网路传给信息终端接收机,再通过信息终端接收机传给计算机和手机,达到远程监控的目的。
所述的系统主板内置GSM收发电路、模拟量信息采样电路、模拟/数字转换电路、LED显示总成、保护控制电路、远程抄表电路和设置软件;所述GSM收发电路内置无线通讯协议,与CPU组成智能控制检测电路;所述模拟量信息采样电路负责收集采集外部的模拟信号并通过模拟/数字转换电路送入CPU处理,模拟量实时检测结果通过CPU处理后,由LED显示总成循环显示测量结果,当模拟量超出设定值时,由保护控制电路输出低电平控制继电器吸合,所述远程抄表电路与配电箱内的电表组成抄表系统,所述设置软件负责对系统主板的运行参数进行改写、编辑。
所述的系统主板上装有稳压+5V电源,向温度传感器供电。
所述的副板上装有直流电源、镉镍电池和充电电路,保护控制电路的电源由直流电源提供。
所述的计算机上装有监控软件,便于综合管理配电箱的智能远程信息采集装置反馈的工作状态。
本实用新型对配电设备的电压、电流、来电、箱体内环境温度及其它模拟量进行16路分别采样,并不受距离限制用无线终端设备远程测量和现场循环显示,设备兼远程抄表功能和防窃电预警功能。

装置运行时,系统主板1与CPU2配合,对配电箱内配电设备的电压、电流、来电、停电、箱体内环境温度及其它模拟量进行16路分别采样进行监控,并将监控信息通过SMS无线网路6传给信息终端接收机7,再通过信息终端接收机7传给计算机8和手机9,达到远程监控的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高低压配电柜智能远程信息采集装置,其特征是所述的系统主板内置GSM收发电路、模拟量信息采样电路、模拟/数字转换电路、LED显示总成、保护控制电路、远程抄表电路、设置软件和向温度传感器供电的稳压+5V电源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高低压配电柜智能远程信息采集装置,其特征是所述的副板上装有直流电源、镉镍电池和充电电路。
