本实用新型涉及一种在复合绝缘子上固定绝缘线的装置,具体地说是防滑线夹。
背景技术
平时在线路杆塔复合绝缘子上固定绝缘线使用4平方或6平方塑铝线绑扎,固定不牢也不防滑,线路一旦遭外力破坏,如雷击、施工车辆、大树等,就会导致断线,因线路绑扎不牢容易滑,会造成整条绝缘线路滑落地面,导致线路停电时间长、损失大、抢修难度大,尤其雷雨天气抢修难度更大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防滑线夹,解决目前使用塑铝线固定绝缘子上的绝缘线容易导致断线造成停电抢修困难的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:防滑线夹,其特征是,包括底部设有长条开口的线夹框,线夹框的顶部设有螺栓顶杆,螺栓顶杆的底部固定有夹板,夹板位于线夹框内。
本实用新型的有益效果是:断线后不会导致整条线路脱落地面、容易抢修、能够快速回复送电,极大减少经济损失。

具体实施方式
如图1,图2所示,防滑线夹,包括底部设有长条开口的线夹框1,线夹框1的顶部设有螺栓顶杆2,螺栓顶杆2的底部固定有夹板3,夹板3位于线夹框1内。使用时将绝缘线穿过线夹框1,复合绝缘子卡在夹线框1底部,调整螺栓顶杆2使夹板3夹紧绝缘线,起到固定作用,这样采用刚性连接,避免因雷击、大树、车辆等刮擦导致的断裂,更加安全有效。由于采用夹板3固定绝缘线,因此当绝缘线断裂时,不会导致整条线路脱落地面,方便抢修,减少损失。
