 本实用新型涉及管材技术领域,具体涉及一种双壁波纹管。
背景技术
双壁波纹管是由内外两层热熔复合而成的轻质结构壁塑料管材,此类管材具有米重小,成本较低,同样米重产品环刚度较高等优点。
管材结构如图1所示,产品由平滑壁的内层和波纹状的外层组成,外层的波形一般为梯形。现有这种结构的双壁波纹管,管材的外径最大的点刚好在外波形的中点,此点的强度是外壁波纹中较低的位置,所以凸起的外层因承受比内层更大的泥土的压力,极易容易出现波形发生变形、凹陷的现象,严重时出现损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种刚性强、不易变形的双壁波纹管。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种双壁波纹管,包括平滑的内壁和波纹状的外壁,所述外壁的波纹形状是两侧突起、中间部位下凹的双峰形。
为了使得外壁各处的应力平衡,不至于集中在某个弯折点,优选的,所述外壁波纹的两侧突起部位和下凹的中间部位之间为平滑过渡,所述两侧突起部位的顶端也是平滑过渡。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型技术方案的有益效果是:本实用新型的双壁波纹管通过改变外壁的波形,使得管材的外径的最大位置在外波形的两侧,这样在使用时外面泥土的压力更集中于管材强度最大的位置上,即两侧位置上,而非管材强度较弱的中心位置,因为能够有效防止管材的变形;而且外波形的波峰由平的或微凸起的形状改为凹槽形,可明显增加产品的刚性。

如图2所示为本实用新型的双壁波纹管结构示意图,其包括平滑的内壁1和波纹状的外壁2,外壁2的波纹形状是两侧突起、中间部位下凹的双峰形。其中,外壁2波纹的两侧突起部位21和下凹的中间部位22为平滑过渡,两侧突起部位21的顶端也是平滑过渡,如图3中波纹放大图所示。

1.一种双壁波纹管,包括平滑的内壁和波纹状的外壁,其特征在于,所述外壁的波纹形状是两侧突起、中间部位下凹的双峰形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双壁波纹管,其特征在于,所述外壁波纹的两侧突起部位和下凹的中间部位之间为平滑过渡,所述两侧突起部位的顶端也是平滑过渡。
