Abstract

本实用新型是一种循环风流量分配式多层光照培养箱,它主要由箱体、箱门、隔板、盛物架、光照灯具、压缩机组、蒸发器、电热管、循环风机、温度传感器和控制器等组成,其中箱体又分成电器仓、压缩机仓和保温仓三部分,而保温仓又被L型隔板、风道隔板和平板式盛物架等分割成供冷供热仓、风道和若干个结构相同、大小相等其顶上装有相同规格和数量的光照灯具的小培养仓,且在风道隔板上与每一个小培养仓的共同面上都打有数排一定数量与风道相通的流量分配小孔,使光照培养箱运行时循环风的主要阻力落在流量分配小孔上,并使流经各小培养仓的循环风流量大致相同,从而使每个小培养仓的温度一致。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于培养微生物、饲养昆虫和小动物、植物组织培养、育种、种植农作物和其它试验的多层光照培养箱。 
背景技术
现有的多层光照培养箱由箱体、箱门、电热管、压缩机组、蒸发器、循环风机、温度传感器、控制器、盛物架和光照灯具所组成。其中箱体由顶部的电器仓、下部的压缩机仓和中部由五面为保温材料、一面为箱门所围成的保温仓等三大部分组成。保温仓又被带有二个通气口的供冷供热仓隔板分成上下两部分:下部称供冷供热仓,其前后两侧分别有一只朝上的出风口和回风口,里面装有循环风机、蒸发器、和电热管;上部称培养仓,培养仓中在位于供冷供热仓两个风口之间的供冷供热仓隔板上方均布着多层盛物架,且在盛物架的顶部都装有规格相同、数量相等的光照灯具。由于供冷供热仓的出风口和回风口都在培养仓的下方,且自上而下均布的各层盛物架至出风口的距离都不一样,又无高效的导流装置,因而根据流体力学原理不难看出,循环风流经不同层次的循环风速度和流量是不一样的,它不仅因层次高低不同而不同,而且还因盛物架上放置的物品体积大小差异而不同,因此在有光照时各层的温度也不一样,光照越强,光照灯具发出的热量也越大,各层温差也越大。 
实用新型内容
为了克服公知的多层光照培养箱温度不均匀的缺点,本实用新型提供一种多层光照培养箱,使每层小培养仓中的温度一致。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种循环风流量分配式多层光照培养箱,由箱体、箱门、隔板、盛物架、光照灯具、压缩机、冷凝 器、毛细管、冷媒铜管、蒸发器、电热管、循环风机、温度传感器、控制器、接线盒、电线和电源插头等组成,其中箱体又分成电器仓、压缩机仓和保温仓三部分,而L型隔板、风道隔板和平板式盛物架等又将保温仓分割成供冷供热仓、风道和若干个结构相同、大小相等的其顶上装有相同规格和数量的光照灯具的小培养仓,其中,用一块风道隔板将公知的多层光照培养箱按层次分割成多个小培养仓,且在风道隔板与每一个小培养仓的共同面上都打有一定数量的与风道相通的流量分配孔。由于每个小培养仓结构和大小都一样,因此若风道足够大,则流过每一个小培养仓的循环风的速度和流量也基本相同,即使差别较大,也可以在仪器定型试验时通过调试各层流量分配孔的多少或孔的大小达到每个小培养仓的循环风流速或流量一致之目的。由于各小培养仓顶上的光照灯具的规格和数量都一样,因此发热量也相等,因此每个小培养仓中对应位置的温度也就一致了。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种多层光照培养箱,它由箱体3等组成。箱体3则由顶部的电器仓1、底部的压缩机仓11及由箱门19与保温材料4围成的保温仓20等三部分组成。电器仓1内装有控制器24、众多连接电线25、接线盒26及电源插头2的引线。控制器24与安装在保温仓20中的温度传感器23组成温度控制系统。压缩机仓11中装有压缩机12、冷媒铜管13、冷凝器14、毛细管15,它们组成了压缩机组。保温仓20被L型隔板17、风道隔板5和各层平板式盛物架21分隔成供冷供热仓9、风道8和若干个结构相同、大小相等的小培养仓7,且在风道隔板5与每个小培养仓7的共同面上都打有数排一定数量的与风道8相通的流量分配小孔。每个小培养仓7的顶部都装有规格相同、数量相等、由控制器24统一控制的光照灯具22。 
循环风流量分配式多层光照培养箱运行时,控制器24和循环风机18启动,控制器24控制着光照灯具22的开或关,控制着电热管10的加热或压缩机的开停。循环风机18产生的循环风流经蒸发器16和电热管10吹入风道8,再经过风道隔板5上的流量分配小孔6分别流进各个小培养仓7,然后分别流向小培养仓7与箱门19之间的空档,再向下回流到循环风机18的进口处。从流体力原理可知在这一循环过程中管路阻力集中在流量分配小孔6上,由于每个小培养仓7的结构相同、大小相等,则当通向每个小培养仓7的流量分配小孔6的分布和孔的大小相同时,流经各个小培养仓7的循环风的流量也就会相等。又由于每个小培养仓7的顶部都装有规格相同、数量相等的光照灯具22,并且由控制器24统一控制,因此各个小培养仓7的发热量也相等,所以各个小培养仓的温度也就一致,即使有差别,也可在仪器定型设计时通过调试流量分配小孔6的多少或大小使各层温度一致。

1.一种循环风流量分配式多层光照培养箱,由箱体、箱门、隔板、盛物架、光照灯具、压缩机、冷凝器、毛细管、冷媒铜管、蒸发器、电热管、循环风机、温度传感器、控制器、接线盒、电线和电源插头等组成,其中箱体又分成电器仓、压缩机仓和保温仓三部分,而L型隔板、风道隔板和平板式盛物架等又将保温仓分割成供冷供热仓、风道和若干个结构相同、大小相等的其顶上装有相同规格和数量的光照灯具的小培养仓,其特征在于,在风道隔板与每个小培养仓的共同面上都打有数排一定数量的与风道相通的流量分配小孔,使光照培养箱运行时循环风的主要阻力落在流量分配小孔上,并使流经各小培养仓的循环风流量大致相同,从而使各小培养仓的温度一致性。
