技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种镁合金压铸件包橡塑模具,特别是涉及到一种带有镁合金包橡塑的产品。
背景技术
镁合金产品广泛应用在各类日常用品中,例如吸尘器的底座,为了防止底座碰撞损坏,在底座上都安有橡胶防撞条。目前,安装橡胶防撞条一种采用化学胶水粘接,由于镁合金与化学胶水是两种完全不能相溶的材料,一次存在着容易翘曲、起皱等缺点,并且容易剥落,影响使用效果。另一种方式将单独的橡胶防撞条嵌在底座上,当由于橡胶防撞条的长度又长,同样容易翘曲,外观难看。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用包塑形式,将橡胶防止条注制在底座上,使底座与橡胶防撞条接合紧密,外表平整光洁,不翘曲、起皱,不脱落的镁合金压铸件包橡塑模具。
本实用新型镁合金压铸件包橡塑模具的技术方案是:其特征在于包括模腔套和模芯套,模腔套内安装模腔镶块,模芯套内安装模芯镶块,模腔镶块与模芯镶块之间放置压铸成型的铸件,铸件的包橡塑位置周边排布圆孔,在模腔镶块上制有包橡塑型腔,模芯镶块上制有与圆孔位置对应的凹槽。
本实用新型的镁合金压铸件包橡塑模具,首先在铸件的包橡塑位置周边通过机械后加工圆孔,圆孔的直径为2MM,再把铸件当作嵌件放入模腔镶块与模芯镶块之间,模腔镶块和模芯镶块在封胶位处与铸件紧密锲合,防止橡塑溢料,其余模腔套和模芯套部位均与铸件虚空0.2~0.3MM,模腔镶块上加工预留橡塑层的型腔,模芯镶块上对应铸件圆孔位置加工凹槽,当注入橡塑时,橡塑通过圆孔,在模腔形状和模芯凹槽内外均能包上橡塑(橡胶防撞条),并能使铸件和橡塑接合紧密,平整光洁,不翘曲,起皱,达到镁合金铸件包橡塑的目的。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及一种镁合金压铸件包橡塑模具,如图1、图2所示,其特征在于包括模腔套3和模芯套8,模腔套3内安装模腔镶块4,模芯套8内安装模芯镶块7,模腔镶块4与模芯镶块7之间放置压铸成型的铸件1,铸件1的包橡塑位置周边排布圆孔2,在模腔镶块4上制有包橡塑型腔5,模芯镶块7上制有与圆孔位置对应的凹槽6。本方案首先在铸件1的包橡塑位置周边通过机械后加工圆孔,圆孔的直径为2MM,再把铸件当作嵌件放入模腔镶块4与模芯镶块7之间,模腔镶块4和模芯镶块7在封胶位处与铸件紧密锲合,防止橡塑溢料,其余模腔套3和模芯套8部位均与铸件虚空0.2~0.3MM,模腔镶4块上加工预留橡塑层的型腔5,模芯镶块7上对应铸件圆孔位置加工凹槽6,当注入橡塑时,橡塑通过圆孔,在模腔形状和模芯凹槽内外均能包上橡塑(橡胶防撞条),并能使铸件和橡塑接合紧密,平整光洁,不翘曲,起皱,达到镁合金铸件包橡塑的目的。
