技术领域
本实用新型涉及登高作业时的防坠落装置，特别是攀登杆塔进行电力作业所使用的方便后备保护绳穿入固定的防坠落装置。
背景技术
目前，在输电线路运行检修维护中，在进行攀登杆塔时，作业人员没有防坠落保护装置，对电力作业形成安全隐患。若发生安全事故，一则影响作业人员人身安全，二则拖延电力检修工期，影响输电线路的安全稳定运行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种简单实用，使后备保护绳在杆塔任何高度均能方便固定的杆塔防坠落装置。
本新型的目的是这样实现的：一种杆塔防坠落装置，拉绳上均布固定有用作后备保护绳穿过的扣件，拉绳首、尾两端用于固定在杆塔上。
上述拉绳首、尾两端上均固定有扣件。
上述扣件为安全扣或者环扣。
使用时，将拉绳两端及中间部位的扣件固定于杆塔之上，并使拉绳伸展，距攀登位置50㎝处，拉线两端再经扣件固定。扣件是一非闭合的环状结构，扣件上的空间供后备保护绳穿过并固定，使作业人员一直处于保护之下。扣件的固定要根据电压等级和线路状况进行安装固定，以便在发生特殊情况下不影响线路的安全稳定运行。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本装置通过扣件可方便地将拉绳伸展地固定在杆塔上，电力作业人员在杆塔任何高度上均可方便地将后备保护绳套入扣件中加以固定，可有效防止作业人员高空坠落安全事故的发生。本装置具有取材广泛，加工制作简单，操作灵活，有效可靠保障了作业人员的安全，也不影响线路的安全稳定运行，成本相对较低，具有较高的使用价值。

具体实施方式
图1示出，拉绳2上均布固定有用作后备保护绳穿过的扣件，拉绳2首、尾两端用于固定在杆塔1上。拉绳2首、尾两端上均固定有扣件3。扣件为安全扣3b或者环扣3a。参见图2，由一根钢丝（如Φ5mm）从中部向内弯曲，并使两端形成一定交叉（即重叠）而形成环扣3a。
参见图3，安全扣3b是现有产品，图2中，在安全扣上方左面施加向下作用力，安全扣锁接的上部分离开形成一个开口，此时可使软梯的杆件沿该开口进入安全扣内，失去外力后，安全扣又恢复到图3中锁定状态。
安全扣在安全绳上固定时，可将安全绳穿入安全扣右边的圆环内，再使用绳索或铁丝固定。

1.一种杆塔防坠落装置，其特征是，拉绳（2）上均布固定有用作后备保护绳穿过的扣件，拉绳（2）首、尾两端用于固定在杆塔（1）上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杆塔防坠落装置，其特征是，所述扣件（3）为安全扣（3b）或者环扣（3a）。
