一种发热鞋垫，其包括从上到下，依次设置的：清洁防护表层、远红外/负离子层、发热层、保温层、隔热层、清洁防护底层，其中： 
所述发热层中设置有自动控制发热电路，所述自动控制发热电路包括：电源装置、智能控制电路和电热体，所述电源装置连接智能控制电路，所述智能控制电路连接所述电热体。 
优选地，所述发热鞋垫还包括：蓄热层，所述蓄热层设置在所述发热层的下方。 
优选地，所述发热鞋垫还包括：控制键，所述控制键连接所述智能控制电路。 
优选地，所述发热鞋垫还包括：连接所述电源装置的充电接口。

本实用新型实施例提供一种发热鞋垫，如图1所示，包括：从上到下，依次设置的：清洁防护表层110、远红外/负离子层120、发热层140和保温层150、隔热层160、清洁防护底层170，清洁防护表层110和清洁防护底层170用于对上述的各层起到保护作用，远红外/负离子层120中设置有纳米氧化铝和托玛琳。该清洁防护表层110用于保护鞋垫主体，方便清洁擦洗；该远红外/负离子层120用于增加导热性，提高保暖效果，并释放远红外线和负离子，起到保健作用；该保温层150采用保温材料蓄热保温；该隔热层160用于防止热量逃逸，延长保暖时间，节约电能；该清洁防护底层170用于保护鞋垫主体，方便清洁擦洗。将自动控制发热电路设置在发热层140中。该发热层140采用多点温度采集智能控制电路146、电源装置141、电热体143和控制键147进行发热。如图2所示，所述电源装置141连接多点温度采集智能控制电路146，所述多点温度采集智能控制电路146连接所述电热体143，所述电热体143设置在所述发热层140中。该智能控制电路146可以为嵌入式单片机145，也可以为其他控制器。以根据鞋垫的温度来控制该电热体143发热的时间。所述智能控制电路采用智能多点人体温度采集技术，根据各采集点温度的不同自动控制温度的高低，达到人体舒服的温度。 
在其他实施例中，进一步的，该发热鞋垫还包括蓄热层130，所述蓄热层130设置在所述远红外/负离子层120的下方。所述蓄热层130中设置有托玛琳粉和纳米氧化铝粉，所述蓄热层130用于从该发热层140的电热体143的下方吸收该电热体143过多的热量。并在电热体143不发热时，为该鞋垫提供热量，节约电能。 
在其他实施例中，进一步的，该发热鞋垫还包括：控制键147，所述控制键147连接所述智能控制电路146，以调节鞋垫的温度、电源装置141的充电、放电等。智能控制电路146与电热体143用连接线144连接。 
在其他实施例中，进一步的，该发热鞋垫还包括：连接所述电源装置141的充电接口142。以对该电源装置141中的可充电电池进行充电。

3.如权利要求1或2所述发热鞋垫，其特征在于，还包括：控制键，所述控制键连接所述智能控制电路。
