Abstract

本实用新型涉及劳动保护用具，特别是电力维修中用于带电作业的绝缘手套。
背景技术
绝缘手套是劳保用品，起到对手或者人体的保护作用，用橡胶、乳胶、塑料等材料做成，具有防电、防水、耐酸碱、防化、防油的功能。绝缘手套是电力员工从事电气工作的安全辅助用具，具有重要的劳动安全保护作用。在实际工作中，如果绝缘手套的套口较小，则穿戴困难，如果套口稍大则易松脱，工作中易发生意外，造成人身伤害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种穿戴脱下方便、戴上后不会滑落的绝缘手套。
本新型的目的是这样实现的：一种绝缘手套，所述绝缘手套的套入端上设置有V形开口，且绝缘手套上V形开口的一侧经缝纫线固定有一个扣条；还具有设置在扣条和绝缘手套上的卡接机构。
上述卡接机构为：扣条上固定有一个尼龙扣，绝缘手套上V形开口另一侧固定有另一个尼龙扣。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下特点：
1、穿戴脱下方便：由于绝缘手套的套口处有V形开口，因此，选用合适的尺码（不必选用大尺码手套）即可方便将手套戴在手上。同时也方便脱下手套。
2、采用扣条以及卡接机构（如尼龙扣或按扣等）组成紧固装置。
本实用新型在套口加装紧固装置后，作业人员不再担心绝缘手套滑落，工作时，加强了对作业人员的人身保护，有利于保证安全生产。加装紧固装置的绝缘手套，生产成本增加不大，但是安全保护作用却大大提高。

图1示出，本绝缘手套，绝缘手套的套入端上设置有V形开口，且绝缘手套上V形开口的一侧经缝纫线固定有一个扣条1；还具有设置在扣条和绝缘手套上的卡接机构。卡接机构为：扣条上固定有一个尼龙扣2，绝缘手套上V形开口另一侧固定有另一个尼龙扣3。卡接机构也可采用现有按扣（即子母扣）。

1.一种绝缘手套，其特征是，所述绝缘手套的套入端上设置有V形开口，且绝缘手套上V形开口的一侧经缝纫线固定有一个扣条（1）；还具有设置在扣条和绝缘手套上的卡接机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘手套，其特征是，所述卡接机构为：扣条上固定有一个尼龙扣（2），绝缘手套上V形开口另一侧固定有另一个尼龙扣（3）。
