㈠技术领域:本实用新型涉及太阳能供热设备,尤其是一种多封头夹套承压水箱。
㈡背景技术:目前市场上夹套承压水箱内胆材料均为搪瓷,夹套层厚度太小(小于等于10mm),无法对夹套进行搪瓷处理,夹套层材料为A3碳钢,水箱长期处在高温高压情况下,会导致夹套层腐蚀。且易造成搪瓷脱落,形成水箱点腐蚀,夹套承压水箱一般为双封头设计,换热面积小,无温度膨胀空间,换热效果差。
㈢发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要解决现有夹套承压水箱内胆因热胀冷缩造成局部瓷粉脱落导致点腐蚀,并且换热面积小,无温度膨胀空间等问题,提供一种多封头夹套承压水箱。
本实用新型的具体方案是:多封头夹套承压水箱,具有供热内胆,供热内胆的上下两端分别设有供热内胆封头,供热内胆外设有夹套内胆,供热内胆与夹套内胆之间形成一空腔,夹套内胆外设有保温层,保温层套有壳体,供热内胆的一端设有进水口、出水口和电加热器,供热内胆的另一端设有感温器,夹套内胆一侧设有补液进口和补液出口,夹套内胆的上端设有排气管,其特征在于:所述供热内胆和夹套内胆均是由不锈钢材料制成,夹套内胆的上下两端均增设有夹套内胆封头并与供热内胆和夹套内胆之间的空腔形成一循环腔。
