技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电控盒的固定结构，尤其涉及一种空调室内机的电控盒的固定结构。 
背景技术
现有的空调室内机的电控盒安装时，是通过三颗或三颗以上螺钉将电控盒固定于底盘上，然后通过螺钉和卡扣方式将面框固定于底盘上。现有电控盒固定方式靠螺钉固定，具有安装复杂，生产效率低下，制造成本高，售后维修拆卸不便等不足。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种安装及拆卸简单，制造成本低的电控盒的固定结构。 
为了达到此目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种电控盒的固定结构，包括电控盒及安装面框的底盘，其特征在于所述电控盒与底盘扣接配合固定。 
在所述电控盒的底部设有第一卡扣、第二卡扣及第三卡扣，在所述底盘上设有第一中空扣位、第二中空扣位及第三中空扣位；所述第一卡扣插入第一中空扣位中固定，所述第二卡扣插入第二中空扣位中固定，所述第三卡扣插入第三中空扣位中固定。 
所述第一卡扣位于电控盒的底部侧前方边缘位置并凸出电控盒的侧面，所述底盘与面框装配后面框的第一凸起结构顶在第一卡扣上使电控盒锁死在面框与底盘之间；所述第二卡扣呈“L”形，第二卡扣位于电控盒的底部侧后方边缘处并凸出电控盒的侧面；所述第三卡扣呈方形，第三卡扣位于电控盒的底部居中位置，底盘与面框装配后面框的第二凸起结构顶在第三卡扣上使电控盒锁死在面框与底盘之间。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是：不需要使用螺钉即可将电控盒安装在底盘上，安装及拆卸方便，制造成本低，结构简单，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实例对本实用新型进行详细说明。 
如图1至图3所示，一种电控盒的固定结构，包括电控盒1及安装面框3的底盘2，本实用新型特点是所述电控盒1与底盘2扣接配合固定。安装时，直接将电控盒1扣接在底盘2上即可，不需要使用螺钉，安装及拆卸方便，结构简单。 
在本实施例中，在所述电控盒1的底部设有第一卡扣11、第二卡扣12及第三卡扣13，在所述底盘2上设有第一中空扣位21、第二中空扣位22及第三中空扣位23；所述第一卡扣11插入第一中空扣位21中固定，所述第二卡扣12插入第二中空扣位22中固定，所述第三卡扣13插入第三中空扣位23中固定，第一、二、三卡扣与第一、二、三中空扣位配合使电控盒1安装在底盘2上。 
在本实施例中，所述第一卡扣11位于电控盒1的底部侧前方边缘位置并凸出电控盒1的侧面，所述底盘2与面框3装配后面框3的第一凸起结构31顶在第一卡扣11上使电控盒1锁死在面框3与底盘2之间，使电控盒1完全固定；所述第二卡扣12呈“L”形，第二卡扣12位于电控盒1的底部侧后方边缘处并凸出电控盒的侧面；所述第三卡扣13呈方形，第三卡扣13位于电控盒1的底部居中位置，底盘2与面框3装配后面框3的第二凸起结构32顶在第三卡扣13上使电控盒1锁死在面框3与底盘2之间，使电控盒1完全固定。

1.一种电控盒的固定结构，包括电控盒（1）及安装面框（3）的底盘（2），其特征在于所述电控盒（1）与底盘（2）扣接配合固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电控盒的固定结构，其特征在于在所述电控盒（1）的底部设有第一卡扣（11）、第二卡扣（12）及第三卡扣（13），在所述底盘（2）上设有第一中空扣位（21）、第二中空扣位（22）及第三中空扣位（23）；所述第一卡扣（11）插入第一中空扣位（21）中固定，所述第二卡扣（12）插入第二中空扣位（22）中固定，所述第三卡扣（13）插入第三中空扣位（23）中固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电控盒的固定结构，其特征在于所述第一卡扣（11）位于电控盒（1）的底部侧前方边缘位置并凸出电控盒（1）的侧面，所述底盘（2）与面框（3）装配后面框（3）的第一凸起结构（31）顶在第一卡扣（11）上使电控盒（1）锁死在面框（3）与底盘（2）之间；所述第二卡扣（12）呈“L”形，第二卡扣（12）位于电控盒（1）的底部侧后方边缘处并凸出电控盒的侧面；所述第三卡扣（13）呈方形，第三卡扣（13）位于电控盒（1）的底部居中位置，底盘（2）与面框（3）装配后面框（3）的第二凸起结构（32）顶在第三卡扣（13）上使电控盒（1）锁死在面框（3）与底盘（2）之间。
