背景技术
煤矿粉尘始终关乎着矿井的安全问题，在煤矿的开采、掘进、回采运输等作业中又不可避免的产生煤尘，这些煤尘如果不及时处理，能较长时间的悬浮于空气中，这不仅对于长期从事煤矿采掘的工人身体危害极大，而且最大的危害是这些煤尘可能引发爆炸事故，造成重大的安全事故。煤矿内有专门的除尘装置以保证煤矿内的煤尘浓度，而在煤矿内作业的一些设备本身也带有防尘装置，以减少其工作过程中向空气中产生的煤尘，而本实用新型就是基于此种情况，在现有的钻机设备上附加了防尘装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种煤矿钻机用的防尘装置，以减少钻机工作过程中向周围空气中产生的煤尘。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种煤矿钻机用的防尘装置，包括水平设置的钻杆套筒，钻杆套筒的一端设有钻杆接口，另一端为钻口，钻杆套筒筒壁的上部设有吸尘口，筒壁下部设有煤粉下落口，在钻口上设有橡胶密封圈，橡胶密封圈的圆周与钻口的圆周相连，在钻杆套筒内垂直于轴向设有粉尘栅栏。
有益效果：本实用新型在其钻口处设了橡胶密封圈，这能较好地缓冲钻机在工作过程中其钻口处金属材质的钻杆套筒对煤层的撞击，还可减少煤尘向空气中扩散，而钻杆套筒内部的粉尘栅栏同时可有效地阻挡进入钻杆套筒的煤尘向钻机内部扩散损害设备。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种煤矿钻机用的防尘装置，包括水平设置的钻杆套筒1，钻杆套筒1的一端设有钻杆接口，另一端为钻口4，钻杆套筒1筒壁的上部设有吸尘口2，筒壁下部设有煤粉下落口3，在钻口4上设有橡胶密封圈5，橡胶密封圈5的圆周与钻口4的圆周相连，在钻杆套筒1内垂直于轴向设有粉尘栅栏6。
钻机工作过程中，钻头圆周外壁上设有的橡胶密封圈可以减少煤尘向空气中扩散，而进入钻杆套筒内部的细小的煤尘经钻杆套筒外壁上的吸尘口收集到钻杆套筒外部的集尘装置中，而比重较大的煤尘通过煤粉下落口收集到一起，钻杆套筒内部的粉尘栅栏可以阻挡没有收集起来的煤尘进入钻机内部其它结构而损害设备。

1.一种煤矿钻机用的防尘装置，包括水平设置的钻杆套筒（1），钻杆套筒（1）的一端设有钻杆接口，另一端为钻口（4），钻杆套筒（1）筒壁的上部设有吸尘口（2），筒壁下部设有煤粉下落口（3），其特征在于：在钻口（4）上设有橡胶密封圈（5），橡胶密封圈（5）的圆周与钻口（4）的圆周相连，在钻杆套筒（1）内垂直于轴向设有粉尘栅栏（6）。
