本实用新型涉及一种抛撒装置，尤其涉及一种塑料色粒抛撒装置。
背景技术
目前在生产水池纹塑胶卷材地板时，为了能在塑胶卷材地板表面生产出水池纹图案，需要在塑胶卷材地板表面先均匀抛撒塑料色粒，然后再通过压合在塑胶卷材地板表面形成水池纹图案，由于向塑胶卷材地板表面抛撒塑料色粒采用人工方式，无法使抛撒的塑料色粒均匀一致，为此在塑胶卷材地板表面抛撒的塑料色粒也容易不均匀，由此影响在塑胶卷材地板表面形成的水池纹图案的质量。
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能均匀抛撒塑料色粒和提高塑胶卷材地板表面形成图案质量的塑料色粒抛撒装置。
本实用新型的技术内容为，一种塑料色粒抛撒装置，其特征是它包括机架、下料斗、输料管、转轴、L形抛撒器、盛料斗和撒布斗；下料斗安装在机架上端，盛料斗安装在下料斗下方一侧的机架上，盛料斗的开口朝向机架内侧斜上方，输料管一端和下料斗下端连通，输料管另一端设在盛料斗的开口的上方；转轴安装在盛料斗内，L形抛撒器一端安装在转轴上，L形抛撒器另一端设有抛料凹孔；撒布斗设在机架下端。
本实用新型具有的优点是：本实用新型通过电机带动转轴，再由转轴带动L形抛撒器将塑料色粒均匀抛出，塑料色粒再经撒布斗落在塑胶卷材地板表面，由此能均匀向塑胶卷材地板表面抛撒塑料色粒，提高在塑胶卷材地板表面形成的水池纹图案的质量。

如图1和图2所示，一种塑料色粒抛撒装置，其特征是它包括机架1、下料斗2、输料管3、转轴4、L形抛撒器5、盛料斗6和撒布斗7；下料斗2安装在机架1上端，盛料斗6安装在下料斗2下方一侧的机架1上，盛料斗6的开口朝向机架1内侧斜上方，输料管3一端和下料斗2下端连通，输料管3另一端设在盛料斗6的开口的上方；转轴4安装在盛料斗6内，L形抛撒器5一端安装在转轴4上，L形抛撒器5另一端设有抛料凹孔5.1；撒布斗7设在机架1下端。

1.一种塑料色粒抛撒装置，其特征是它包括机架(1)、下料斗(2)、输料管(3)、转轴(4)、L形抛撒器(5)、盛料斗(6)和撒布斗(7)；下料斗(2)安装在机架(1)上端，盛料斗(6)安装在下料斗(2)下方一侧的机架(1)上，盛料斗(6)的开口朝向机架(1)内侧斜上方，输料管(3)一端和下料斗(2)下端连通，输料管(3)另一端设在盛料斗(6)的开口的上方；转轴(4)安装在盛料斗(6)内，L形抛撒器(5)一端安装在转轴(4)上，L形抛撒器(5)另一端设有抛料凹孔(5.1)；撒布斗(7)设在机架(1)下端。
