Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种煤柴两用节能环保杀菌锅,其特征在于,在筒体的两端分别设有封头,在筒体的内腔底部平铺有多根散热管,燃烧炉设在筒体的一侧,燃烧炉的炉膛通过供热风道与第二散热箱连接,燃烧炉的空心炉条通过循环进水管和循环出水管与筒体的底部连接。通过以上设置,本实用新型将燃烧炉和杀菌锅有机地结合在一起,燃烧炉具有燃烧充分,提供热量高,使杀菌锅内水直接受热,且受热面积大,热吸收率高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种杀菌锅,具体说是一种用于食用菌菇类和生玉米熟加工的煤柴两用节能环保杀菌锅。 
背景技术
目前,用于食用菌菇和生玉米熟加工杀菌的杀菌锅,是用锅内的蒸汽压力和热水杀菌的,需由使用单位配置蒸汽锅炉提供蒸汽和热水,配置蒸汽锅炉给使用单位加大了设备投资,增大了投入成本,又因蒸汽锅炉的热能利用率低,造成能源浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种煤柴两用节能环保杀菌锅。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型在筒体的两端分别设有封头,在筒体的内腔底部平铺有多根散热管,多根散热管的一端通过第一散热箱连接在一起,在多根散热管的另一端连接有第二散热箱和第三散热箱,燃烧炉设在筒体的一侧,燃烧炉的炉膛通过供热风道与第二散热箱连接,燃烧炉的空心炉条通过循环进水管和循环出水管与筒体的底部连接,抽风机通过烟囱与第三散热箱连接在一起,进水口和排水口分别设在筒体的底部。 
通过以上设置,本实用新型将燃烧炉和杀菌锅有机地结合在一起,使用单位无需配置蒸汽锅炉,本实用新型的燃烧炉具有燃烧充分,提供热量高,使杀菌锅内水直接受热,且受热面积大,热吸收率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型在筒体1的两端分别设有封头2,在筒体1的内腔底部平铺有多根散热管3,多根散热管3的一端通过第一散热箱4连接在一起,在多根散热管3的另一端连接有第二散热箱5和第三散热箱6,燃烧炉7设在筒体1的一侧,燃烧炉7的炉膛通过供热风道8与第二散热箱5连接,燃烧炉7的空心炉条9通过循环进水管10和循环出水管11与筒体1的底部连接,抽风机12通过烟囱13与第三散热箱6连接在一起,进水口14和排水口15分别设在筒体1的底部。通过以上设置,通过进水口14在筒体1内注入规定体积的水,点燃燃烧炉7,开启抽风机12,空心炉条9内的水被加热,与筒体1内的水形成循环,将筒体1内的水温提升。燃烧炉7燃烧产生的烟气在抽风机12的作用下,进入多根散热管3,散热管3的表面直接接触筒体1内的水,将热量直接传递,使水温迅速提升,直至沸腾,产生蒸汽,对筒体1内的食品进行高温杀菌。

1.煤柴两用节能环保杀菌锅,其特征在于:在筒体的两端分别设有封头,在筒体的内腔底部平铺有多根散热管,多根散热管的一端通过第一散热箱连接在一起,在多根散热管的另一端连接有第二散热箱和第三散热箱,燃烧炉设在筒体的一侧,燃烧炉的炉膛通过供热风道与第二散热箱连接,燃烧炉的空心炉条通过循环进水管和循环出水管与筒体的底部连接,抽风机通过烟囱与第三散热箱连接在一起,进水口和排水口分别设在筒体的底部。
