本实用新型涉及一种多极耳式锂离子电池。
背景技术
近年来,随着电动玩具、电动工具、航模的快速发展,对锂离子电池的倍率放电性能要求越来越高,但目前商品化的普通锂电池很难实现20C以上倍率的持续放电,其主要原因是电池在大倍率放电时,极耳发热严重,电池整体温度过高,使得电池容易热失控,从而导致电池倍率性能和循环性能变差。为了得到倍率放电性能好且安全可靠的锂离子电池,在大电流放电时,一方面要避免电池产生大量的热,另一方面要提高电池散热速率,前者改善方法可以从正负极材料、电解液、正负极片设计入手,而后者可以通过优化电池结构来提高电池的散热速度。
普通的锂离子电池是由一条正极片、一条负极片及一条隔膜经卷绕形成一个卷芯,极片上只有一个极耳,散热性能差。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多极耳式锂离子电池,该多极耳式锂离子电池散热性能、电池倍率性能和循环性能良好。
实用新型的技术解决方案如下:
一种多极耳式锂离子电池,电池卷芯由正极片、隔膜和负极片绕卷而成,正极片上设有多个正极耳,负极片上设有多个负极耳;所有正极耳电连接,所有负极耳电连接。
正极片上设有3个正极耳,负极片上设有3个负极耳。
有益效果:
本实用新型的多极耳式锂离子电池,采用的多极耳式结构就是从优化电池结构方面来提高电池的倍率性能。  多极耳指的是正负极片由原来的一个极耳改为焊接多个极耳,具体极耳个数可根据实际需要调整。
通过多极耳方式的结构优化后,在高倍率放电初期,电池内部就会有多个区域内阻较小,电流密度较大,反应速度较快,从而缓解单极耳情况下的剧烈反应,提高了电池的输出功率及安全性能。
