本实用新型提出的一种生物舒适度指数测量系统属气象领域,其目的是提高舒适度指数测量的客观性和实时性。包括:湿球温度计、辐射计、干球温度计、黑球温度计和风速计,其特征在于还有“十”字型支架,所述的“十”字型支架由底座、支柱和“十”字架组成,支柱垂直固定在底座上,“十”字架水平地安装在支柱上端,“十”字架四端和中央分别固定着一个测量仪;计算机数据处理器安装在支柱上,传感器分别与测量仪和数据处理器连接,五个测量仪采用“十”字型的合理布局,整个系统结构简单,易装拆、观察和管理,数据处理快。尤适于对人体、生物舒适度指数的测量,应用于人类工作、活动、娱乐等场所。

技术领域
本实用新型提出的一种生物舒适度指数测量系统属气象领域,尤适于对人体、生物舒适度指数的测量,应用于人类工作、活动、娱乐等场所。
背景技术
为了从气象角度来评价在不同气候条件下人的舒适感,气象科技工作者根据人类机体与大气环境之间的热交换而制定了一种生物气象指标,即人体舒适度指数。
人体舒适度指数与多个气象要素有关,包括气温、相对湿度、风速及太阳辐射等。湿度主要影响人体的热代谢和水盐代谢,当气温较高或较低时,其波动对人体的热平衡和温热感就变得非常重要。由于高温高湿影响人体汗液的蒸发,机体的热平衡受到破坏,因而人体会感到闷热不适。随着温度的升高,这种情况将更趋明显。当冬季的天气阴冷潮湿时,由于空气中相对湿度较高,身体的热辐射被空气中的水汽所吸收,加上衣服在潮湿的空气中吸收水份,导热性增大,加速了机体的散热,使人感到寒冷不适。当气温低于皮肤温度时,风能使机体散热加快。风速增加会使人感觉温度下降,风越大散热越快,人就越感到寒冷不适。当人体直接受太阳照射时,人在不同的下垫面会感受不一样,但辐射越强,体温就上升越快。风速及太阳辐射很容易受周围环境及局部地区短时间变化的现象影响,而气温及相对湿度则较为稳定。要从气象上更好地评估人体舒适度,必须将多个气象要素作综合考虑。
舒适度测量仪是测量黑球温度、湿球温度、干球温度、风速、太阳辐射气象要素,并将这五种要素依建成的非线性方程计算而获得舒适度指数。舒适度指数监测仪测量的舒适度指数适用于人类及其它动物的机体舒适度评价。
舒适度测量仪的应用范围
1、舒适度指数为公众服务,可以在城市的不同地域,不同的工作场所布设多套的生物舒适度测量仪,测量仪可以实时测得当地的舒适度指数,可以更精确地作出舒适度预报。
2、马术比赛服务,国际马术联会(FEI)1995年指定WBGT指数为以后马术比赛所使用的参考标准,生物舒适度测量仪可以提供高精度的WBGT指数。
3、动物园,畜牧场、养殖场服务,在盛夏酷暑来临时,根据测量到的指数和每种动物对暑热的忍耐程度,做好相应的防暑降温工作,确保动物的身体健康。
4、为特定人群服务,在一些高温高湿场所,如:码头搬运、建筑工地、车间、广场露天集会场所等地,安装舒适度测量仪器,通过测量暑热压力指数来指导生产作业调度,确保安全生产。
舒适度测量仪包含黑球温度、湿球温度、干球温度、辐射、风速五个要素。这五个要素分别用 黑球温度计、湿球温度计、干球温度计、辐射计、风速计测量数据后,再经综合分析得出舒适度指数。以往,由于测量仪地点分散,不便于观察和管理,测量数据不能及时处理。
发明内容
本发明提出的一种生物舒适度指数测量系统,其目的是提高舒适度指数测量的客观性和实时性。
本发明采用测量仪安装在同一支架上,测量数据传输到计算机数据处理器进行综合处理。
一种生物舒适度指数测量系统,包括:传感器、测量仪和数据处理器,所述的测量仪包括:黑球温度计、湿球温度计、干球温度计、辐射计、和风速计,所述传感器是各测量仪的传感器;其特征在于还有“十”字型支架,所述的“十”字型支架由底座、支柱和“十”字架组成,支柱垂直固定在底座上, “十”字架水平地安装在支柱上端,“十”字架四端和中央分别固定着一个测量仪;数据处理器安装在支柱上,传感器分别与测量仪和数据处理器连接。
上述的一种生物舒适度指数测量系统,其特征在于所述的湿球温度传感器的湿纱布与主储水罐连通,主储水罐固定在十字架上。
上述的一种生物舒适度指数测量系统,还在于所述的主储水罐中的水由水泵从扩展储水罐的水供给,扩展储水罐和水泵安装在支柱上,水泵由数据处理器控制。
本实用型新的数据处理器与五个测量仪集成为一体,产品外观应美观、整洁。五个测量仪采用“十”字型排列,其布局合理,整个系统结构简单,易装拆、观察和管理,数据处理快。

现用具体实施例说明本实用新型技术方案,图1显示了生物舒适度指数测量系统的各测量仪和有关部件的位置及相互关系。它由湿球温度计1、主储水罐2、辐射计3、干球温度计4、黑球温度计5、支架6、计算机数据处理器7、底座9、风速计11组成。其特征在于有“十”字型支架,所述的“十”字型支架由底座9、支柱8和“十”字架6组成,支柱垂直固定在底座上, “十”字架水平地安装在支柱上端,“十”字架6四端和中央分别固定着:湿球温度计1、主储水罐2、辐射仪3、干球温度计4、黑球温度计5、风速计11,计算机数据处理器安装在支柱8下部,各测量仪的传感器与计算机数据处理器的连接(图中没显示)。湿球温度计旁边安装着一个主储水罐2,裹在湿球温度传感器湿纱布与主储水罐连通。主储水罐的水由数据处理器控制的水泵把扩展储水罐10的水供给,扩展储水罐和水泵安装在支柱8的中部。

1.一种生物舒适度指数测量系统,包括传感器、测量仪和数据处理器,所述的测量仪包括:湿球温度计(1)、主储水罐(2)、辐射计(3)、干球温度计(4)、黑球温度计(5)和风速计(11),所述传感器是各测量仪的传感器;其特征在于还有“十”字型支架,所述的“十”字型支架由底座(9)、支柱(8)和“十”字架(6)组成,支柱垂直固定在底座上, “十”字架水平地安装在支柱上端,“十”字架四端和中央分别固定着一个测量仪;数据处理器(7)安装在支柱上,传感器分别与测量仪和数据处理器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物舒适度指数测量系统,其特征在于所述的湿球温度计(1)传感器的湿纱布与主储水罐(2)连通,主储水罐固定在十字架(6)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生物舒适度指数测量系统,其特征在于所述的的主储水罐(2)中的水由水泵把扩展储水罐(10)的水供给,扩展储水罐和水泵安装在支柱(8)上,水泵由数据处理器控制。
