本实用新型涉及一种电子称量装置。
背景技术：
当今市面上尚无家用小型阿胶精细粉碎机。药店中多为代客户进行一次性加工量比较大的阿胶粉碎加工工作。药店中粉碎机多为通用型较大设备，采用叶轮高速旋转打碎物料，导致设备体积大（粉碎器需要一定空间以容许刀片回转运动）、粉碎效果差、一次性粉碎得到的较大量阿胶粉末不易保存、易受污染、结块失效等，且设备中物料残余过多。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种将阿胶胶块粉碎研磨并同时精确计量的，最大限度地保证了粉末加工过程中无粉末损耗的电子称量装置。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
一种电子称量装置，其组成包括:机壳，所述的机壳内装有带有橡胶垫的电子秤活动块，所述的电子秤活动块上部连接称量垫板，所述的称量垫板连接带有传感器的称量板，所述的称量板连接称量装置，活动减震装置与所述的电子秤活动块配合使用。
所述的电子称量装置，所述的活动减震装置包括上圆台结构，所述的上圆台结构上部为小椭圆环、下部为大椭圆环，所述的大圆连接下圆台结构的大椭圆环，所述的电子秤活动块装入所述的上圆台结构上部的小椭圆环内。
有益效果：
1.采用的高精度电子称量装置，可实现加工时在线精确计量的功能，计量精度可达0.1克；在线计量实现了阿胶块随吃随粉碎，达到所需剂量后即可停机拿出胶块，易于保存。
2.本实用新型解决了阿胶剂量精确服用和粉末不易保存的难题；同时，该计量方式可实现提前设置重量（1克，2克，3克），到达预设重量后自动停机，停止粉碎；此项功能可以将自动运行和手动运行进行切换，确保精细化加工和服用，真正实现了定量服用。
