本实用新型涉及变频空调用的电子膨胀阀,尤其涉及一种电子膨胀阀丝套螺母与磁芯的联接结构。 
【背景技术】
电子膨胀阀是空调等系统上常用的控制元件,现有的丝套螺母与磁芯的螺纹配合,时日过久,螺纹磨损、振动或者是高压情况下,丝套螺母与磁芯部件容易松动。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型为了解决现有技术的上述不足,提供了一种电子膨胀阀丝套螺母与磁芯的联接结构。 
本实用新型的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种电子膨胀阀丝套螺母与磁芯的联接结构,包括丝套螺母和磁芯,其特征在于:所述丝套螺母设有槽。 
所述槽的横截面为凹型。 
所述槽的横截面可以是V形、U形,也可以是梯形等形状。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:由于采用以上技术方 案,本实用新型的电子膨胀阀丝套螺母与磁芯结构的联接结构,槽可限制丝套的相对上下自由度,螺纹可以限制丝套螺母与阀芯的相对转动,其特点主要是结构简单、丝套加工方便,可以由车床一次装夹加工。

如图1、图2所示,一种电子膨胀阀丝套螺母与磁芯的联接结构,包括丝套螺母1和磁芯2,其特征在于:所述丝套螺母1设有槽3,所述槽3的横截面为凹型,可以是V形、U形,也可以是梯形等形状,图中示例槽3的形状为V形。 
实施时,丝套螺母1置于磁芯2中,通过丝套螺母1与磁芯2注塑一体成型,为防止丝套螺母1在注塑体中相对运动松动,在磁芯2外加工有外螺纹和槽3,防止相对的转动与上下运动。
