Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种光伏组件支架及其铰接件,铰接件包括1个长方形底板和2个相同的三角形侧板;底板上设有若干个螺栓安装孔;侧板相互平行并垂直于底板,侧板底边连接底板的一边,侧板近顶点处设有销轴安装孔;光伏组件支架的斜梁和立柱,斜撑和斜梁、立柱的连接均采用铰接件连接。本实用新型的优点在于:铰接件很好的解决了西格玛立柱跟斜梁之间的连接,既保证了结构上的稳定,又使得这个节点处的部件可以与另外几个节点的部件通用,同时有一定的调节余量来调节打桩造成的偏差;特别设计的夹持装置,有效的解决了在西格玛桩身打孔定位难的问题,可以调节斜撑与桩身的连接位置;无焊接设计理念,减少焊接量,减化生产工艺,提高生产效率。

背景技术
太阳能作为一种清洁能源,越来越受政府倡导和公众青睐。现有光伏组件支架存在一些缺陷:(1)结构复杂,通常采用焊接连接,生产效率低;(2)对打桩的精度要求高,否则可能会影响光伏组件的安装;(3)在西格玛桩上打孔定位难。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型公开了一种光伏组件支架及其铰接件。
本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
铰接件,其特征在于,包括1个长方形底板和2个相同的三角形侧板;底板上设有若干个螺栓安装孔;侧板相互平行并垂直于底板,侧板底边连接底板的一边,侧板近顶点处设有销轴安装孔。
优选地,所述光伏组件支架的铰接件为一体化结构。
光伏组件支架,包括西格玛桩、斜梁、斜撑和上述铰接件;
西格玛桩为立柱,立柱上方套设有连接件,连接件下部与西格玛桩固定连接,连接件上部通过销轴与铰接件铰接;该铰接件通过其底板上的螺栓安装孔固接在斜梁的近上端;
斜撑的两端均通过销轴与铰接件连接,一端的铰接件通过其底板上的螺栓安装孔固接在斜梁的近下端,另一端的铰接件固接在西格玛桩近地面处。
优选地,本实用新型斜撑上的铰接件通过2个夹持装置与西格玛桩连接,所述夹持装置包括上压板和下压板,上压板的一端将铰接件的底板压在西格玛桩的外侧边缘,上压板的另一端超出铰接件的底板并有一超出西格玛桩的区段,该区段上设有螺栓安装孔;下压板设于西格玛桩内侧并有一超出西格玛桩的区段,该区段上设有与上压板上对应的螺栓安装孔,上压板和下压板通过螺栓连接固定铰接件。这种方式避免了在西格玛桩上打孔。

光伏组件支架,包括西格玛桩5、斜梁6、斜撑7和铰接件;
铰接件包括1个长方形底板1和2个相同的三角形侧板2;底板上设有若干个螺栓安装孔3;侧板相互平行并垂直于底板,侧板底边连接底板的一边,侧板近顶点处设有销轴安装孔4;所述光伏组件支架的铰接件为一体化结构;
西格玛桩为立柱,立柱上方套设有连接件8,连接件下部与西格玛桩固定连接,连接件上部通过销轴与铰接件9铰接;该铰接件通过其底板上的螺栓安装孔固接在斜梁的近上端;

本实用新型的使用过程如下:
在成列排列的若干光伏组件支架的斜梁上设置若干排相互平行的C型槽管18,C型槽管垂直于斜梁,并与每一光伏组件支架的斜梁固接;C型槽管开口向上,光伏组件通过开口固接在C型槽管上。

1.铰接件,其特征在于,包括1个长方形底板和2个相同的三角形侧板;底板上设有若干个螺栓安装孔;侧板相互平行并垂直于底板,侧板底边连接底板的一边,侧板近顶点处设有销轴安装孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰接件,其特征在于,所述光伏组件支架的铰接件为一体化结构。
3.光伏组件支架,其特征在于,包括西格玛桩、斜梁、斜撑和权利要求1所述的铰接件;
西格玛桩为立柱,立柱上方套设有连接件,连接件下部与西格玛桩固定连接,连接件上部通过销轴与铰接件铰接;该铰接件通过其底板上的螺栓安装孔固接在斜梁的近上端;
斜撑的两端均通过销轴与铰接件连接,一端的铰接件通过其底板上的螺栓安装孔固接在斜梁的近下端,另一端的铰接件固接在西格玛桩近地面处。
4.如权利要求3所述的光伏组件支架,其特征在于,斜撑上的铰接件通过2个夹持装置与西格玛桩连接,所述夹持装置包括上压板和下压板,上压板的一端将铰接件的底板压在西格玛桩的外侧边缘,上压板的另一端超出铰接件的底板并且此端有一超出西格玛桩的区段,该区段上设有螺栓安装孔;下压板设于西格玛桩内侧并有一超出西格玛桩的区段,上压板和下压板通过螺栓连接固定铰接件。
