技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种合金复合板管件,尤其是镍基合金复合板制备的异径管装置。
背景技术
镍基合金(如Incoloy 825合金)具有优越的耐蚀性能:能抗很宽变化的氧化性化学药品,如硝酸溶液,硝酸盐、二价铜盐、三价铁盐和汞盐,但氯化物除外。
Incoloy 825合金还能抗许多酸和氧化性及还原性化学药品的混合酸的浸蚀。它有较高的镍含量,加上钼和铜,使得它能比任何普通不锈钢更适合于抗热硫酸、亚硫酸和磷酸溶液的浸蚀。它能抗几乎所有浓度和温度的硝酸溶液的浸蚀。该合金通过添加钛来稳定化,并由于有较低的碳含量,从而避免了正常使用的腐蚀性环境中由于焊接热影响区中碳化物沉淀而受到浸蚀。该合金的镍含量,足以使之能够抗奥氏体所受到的应力腐蚀开裂。
在480℃(900 oF)温度条件下,Incoloy 825合金是抵抗所有这些腐蚀最有效的合金,其合金成分决定了其具有超强的耐蚀性能:钼和铬使其具有耐常规腐蚀和点蚀的能力,镍使其具有耐氯化物应力腐蚀开裂的能力,而钛的稳定化作用保证了其耐PTA应力腐蚀开裂的能力。
目前,具备高抗腐蚀性能的金属材料主要是镍基合金。但镍基合金价格每吨高达40万元左右,任何企业都难以承受。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是:提出一种镍基合金如Incoloy825合金复合板异径管,以爆炸焊接形式结合为一体的复合材料制备成镍基合金复合板管件,尤其是异径管装置。
本实用新型目的技术方案是:镍基合金复合板异径管,异径管的内衬是复合板的镍基合金板,镍基合金板厚度1-12mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型材料克服了单种材料的某些缺点,有着良好的机械性能及耐腐蚀性能,并且可以节约大量的贵重金属镍及镍合金,从而降低成本、节约材料,因此被广泛应用于化工、石油化工、烟气脱硫、纸浆和造纸、环保等工业领域。

具体实施方式
本发明镍基合金复合钢板制异径管,异径管外表面板是钢板基层1,可为碳钢或低合金钢,如Q245R,Q345R,15CrMoR等;厚度大于镍基合金板。异径管装置的内衬2是复层镍基合金,镍基复合材料,Incoloy825(N08825)、Inconel625(N06625)等。镍基合金复合钢板制异径管采用常规方法制备,参见图3,经过放料、裁剪并焊接成型。异径管的规格不限,如可以从DIN150—1200的各种规格。典型的是Incoloy825(N08825)为复层,Q245R为基层。经镍基合金板厚度从1-12mm,异径管外表面是复合钢板基层1的厚度大于镍基合金板厚度,是其厚度的1.2-10倍。异径管的大小头管,大头直径是小头直径的1.1-2倍。
