立式循环泵进口导流装置,包括进水流道,长导流叶片、导水锥。竖直设置的导水锥上成十字形对称设置有短导流叶片、长导流叶片,在其四周设置有成矩形结构的进水流道,在其上方设置有开口的上盖板,所述的上盖板右端是由倾斜式的进水流道盖板构成;所述的进水流道的左端两直角处设置有导流角。本实用新型通过采用减缩式、矩形过水断面的进水流道盖板结构,导流角和环形进水方式的进水流道结构,进水流道及盖板均采用堆砌的结构,导水锥上设置对称的长、短导流叶片的结构,降低和消除了漩涡和分流。本实用新型结构简单,成本低,维修使用方便,大大延长了泵的使用寿命。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及到泵,特别是涉及到一种立式循环泵进口导流装置,它适用于海水、自来水、防洪排涝等大流量的场合。
背景技术:传统的立式循环泵进液口一般采用流道式或导流式进口导流方式,例如肘形流道、水坑、导流板等,在遇到液面高度下降、来流方向变化等情况时,往往在进液处产生
漩涡和气泡,引起泵设施振动和性能下降。大大降低了泵的使用寿命。
 发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种立式循环泵进口导流装置,它能克服现有立式循环泵进液口所存在的以上问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,立式循环泵进口导流装置,包括进水流道,长导流叶片、导水锥,其特征在于:竖直设置的导水锥上成十字形对称设置有短导流叶片、长导流叶片,在其四周设置有成矩形结构的进水流道,在其上方设置有开口的上盖板,所述的上盖板右端是由倾斜式的进水流道盖板构成;所述的进水流道的左端两直角处设置有导流角。本实用新型通过采用减缩式、矩形过水断面的进水流道盖板结构,导流角和环形进水方式的进水流道结构,进水流道及盖板均采用堆砌的结构,导水锥上设置对称的长、短导流叶片的结构,降低和消除了漩涡和分流。本实用新型结构简单,成本低,维修使用方便,大大延长了泵的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明;
立式循环泵进口导流装置,包括进水流道1,长导流叶片2、导水锥4,其特征在于:竖直设置的导水锥4上成十字形对称设置有短导流叶片5、长导流叶片2,在其四周设置有成矩形结构的进水流道1,在其上方设置有开口的上盖板,所述的上盖板右端是由倾斜式的进水流道盖板3构成;所述的进水流道1的左端两直角处设置有导流角6。具体实施时,如图1所示,水流通过倾斜的进水流道盖板3下面的流道进入内部,进水流道盖板3形成减缩式、矩形过流断面的流道形式,该结构能够稳定外部进水流动,消除外部流动的不稳定影响。进水流道盖板3与进水流道1均采用墙体堆砌,进水流道水平截面为矩形结构、环形进水方式,在矩形直角处采用导流角6,使得水流顺利绕流到导水锥4的后面,消除漩涡和分流。进水口中间位置采用导水锥4,并沿着其流动方向上安装导流叶片,其中包含长导流叶片、短导流叶片各2片,该结构可增加导流叶片的整流功能,同时降低叶片本身所带来的分流和漩涡。
