本实用新型属于建筑幕墙结构技术领域，尤其涉及一种新型幕墙立柱。
背景技术
现有幕墙结构在施工的过程中，由于施工的误差经常造成室内的玻璃附框与外部的立柱对不齐的情况，影响了美观效果。而且在施工安装的过程中，由于没有一个基准平面作为参照，导致玻璃附框的安装出现偏差，为了尽量减少该偏差，安装工人就要刻意降低安装速度，这样延长了工程的工期。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种提升安装的美观效果、安装便捷的新型幕墙立柱。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：新型幕墙立柱包括横截面为矩形的薄壁立柱本体，所述立柱本体的一个侧面中部设有供固定螺栓连接的连接部，与该侧面相邻的两面上均设有扣盖卡槽；还包括两个扣盖，所述扣盖为平面板材，在其边缘处设有与所述扣盖卡槽相配合的卡爪；所述扣盖与所述立柱本体的侧面共面。
本实用新型还可以采用如下技术方案：
所述连接部为设在所述立柱本体侧面上并与其一体成型的、内部设有贯通空腔的管状结构，所述固定螺栓的螺母滑入该空腔中，在该管状结构的外壁上还设有令所述固定螺栓插入的连续槽口。
在所述立柱本体的内壁上设有多条加强筋。
所述立柱本体为一体成型结构，材质为铝合金；所述扣盖的材质为铝合金。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用了上述设计，本实用新型保证了立柱与玻璃附框安装后的美观效果，而且扣盖相当于为玻璃附框的安装提供了一个基准面，使之更容易找正，加快了施工工期。

请参见图1，本实用新型包括横截面为矩形的薄壁立柱本体1，其内壁上设有多条加强筋。立柱本体1的一个侧面中部设有供固定螺栓6连接的连接部，与该侧面相邻的两面上均设有扣盖卡槽。还包括两个扣盖2，所述扣盖2为平面板材，在其边缘处设有与扣盖卡槽相配合的卡爪。当扣盖2安装到立柱本体1上时，两者的外平面共面，这保证了美观的效果。立柱本体1为一体成型结构，材质为铝合金；扣盖2的材质为铝合金。
本实施例中，连接部为设在立柱本体1侧面上并与其一体成型的、内部设有贯通空腔的管状结构，在该管状结构的外壁上设有令固定螺栓6插入的连续槽口，在贯通空腔中滑入螺母，固定螺栓6拧入该螺母中完成固定。
图2是本实用新型的使用状态示意图，可以看出本新型幕墙立柱与玻璃附框7、中空玻璃4和防扭角码3等的连接关系。防扭角码3通过长螺栓安装到立柱本体1的侧壁上，起到固定、支承和防扭动的作用。为保证长螺栓的引入不破坏立柱本体1的整体强度，将螺栓孔设置在加强筋上。防扭角码3的一端压在扣盖2上对其进行压紧。对称设置的两个玻璃附框7经压板5和固定螺栓6固定在立柱本体1上。具体安装方式为：在连接部的空腔中嵌入螺母，固定螺栓6穿设压板5，其前端拧入该螺母中，压板5的边缘压住玻璃附框7的边缘对其进行固定。之后可以安装中空玻璃4，在玻璃附框7与中空玻璃4之间设置垫块。

1.一种新型幕墙立柱，其特征在于：包括横截面为矩形的薄壁立柱本体，所述立柱本体的一个侧面中部设有供固定螺栓连接的连接部，与该侧面相邻的两面上均设有扣盖卡槽；还包括两个扣盖，所述扣盖为平面板材，在其边缘处设有与所述扣盖卡槽相配合的卡爪；所述扣盖与所述立柱本体的侧面共面。
2.按照权利要求1所述的新型幕墙立柱，其特征在于：所述连接部为设在所述立柱本体侧面上并与其一体成型的、内部设有贯通空腔的管状结构，所述固定螺栓的螺母滑入该空腔中，在该管状结构的外壁上还设有令所述固定螺栓插入的连续槽口。
3.按照权利要求1所述的新型幕墙立柱，其特征在于：在所述立柱本体的内壁上设有多条加强筋。
4.按照权利要求1至3任一项所述的新型幕墙立柱，其特征在于：所述立柱本体为一体成型结构，材质为铝合金；所述扣盖的材质为铝合金。
