传统门吸模具外翻条的铰链旋转点靠下，即在外翻条下方4mm处，外翻条的宽度为22mm、高度20mm，铰链旋转点至外翻条口部的宽度为17.5mm，由于外翻条宽度不够，在生产使用过程中容易出现口部翘起，使门胆变形，造成诸多废品，若将外翻条宽度加宽会增加重量，则出现拉胆现象。
