技术领域
本实用新型属于电力系统智能变电站技术领域,涉及一种高压开关柜智能监测装置。
背景技术
随着电力体制的改革和经营机制的变化,以及减人增效和供电可靠性的要求进一步提高,定期检修制度已不能完全适应形势发展的需要。因此,迫切希望能实现对电力设备检修管理由“到期必修、修必修好”的方针向“应修必修、修必修好”的观念转变。微电子技术、计算机技术和通信技术等的发展使电气设备智能检修成为可能。二次设备作为变电站的重要资产,及时、全面掌握其运行状态、健康状况及其所处环境等要素对于变电站乃至整个电网的安全稳定运行至关重要。高压开关柜作为变电站的重要组成部分,对其状态检修的实现对于提高设备运行可靠性、降低运维费用意义重大。
受成本、通讯条件、标准等制约,国内开关柜的状态监测方法研究在近两年才开始有所研究和突破。然而,现阶段缺少对变电站内的开关柜设备自身运行状态的远程监测手段,因此,对于无人值守变电站,在其运行时无法监控柜内是否有放电、关键连接点温度、柜内温湿度等。
实用新型内容
为解决以上问题,本实用新型提供一种面向智能变电站高压开关柜智能监测装置,以实现对当前智能变电站中的开关柜内局放和关键连接点温湿度的在线监测,提高智能变电站安全运行水平和运维效率。
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
一种高压开关柜智能监测装置,包括局放监测模块、温湿度采集模块、通讯主板、局放高频传感器、噪音传感器和温湿度传感器,其特征在于: 所述局放高频传感器、噪音传感器分别与局放监测模块连接,所述温湿度传感器与温湿度采集模块连接,所述局放监测模块、温湿度采集模块分别与通讯主板连接。
本实用新型的进一步技术方案是:
局放监测模块包括局放信号采集板和局放信号高频分析板,局放高频传感器、噪音传感器与局放信号采集板连接。
本实用新型更进一步的技术方案是:
温湿度采集模块设有无线端口和有线端口,无线端口与无线温湿度传感器连接,有线端口与有线温湿度传感器连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的高压开关柜智能监测装置,实现了对高压开关柜内局放的智能监测以及对关键连接点温度和柜内温湿度的智能采集,并能够顺利接入智能变电站站控层网络,提高了智能变电站安全运行水平和运维效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作具体的介绍。
图1是本实用新型高压开关柜智能监测装置系统架构图。
如图1所示,监测装置包括局放监测模块、温湿度采集模块,局放监测模块通过高频传感器采集局放高频信号,温湿度采集模块通过温湿度传感器采集温湿度信息。监测装置具有上位机通讯接口,通过站控层网络与SCADA系统和分析软件进行通讯。
图2是本实用新型高压开关柜智能监测装置背板图。如图2所示,本实用新型高压开关柜智能监测装置包括如下板件:
电源板(POWER板),电源输入为交流220V。
温度采集板(TEMP板),TEMP板设有无线端口(Wireless端口)和有线端子(Wire端子)。Wireless端口连接无线采集接收器,接收无线温度传感器数据;Wire端子连接有线温湿度传感器,其通讯方式采用 I2C总线方式,SDA为数据线,SCK为串行时钟线,VCC和GND为直流15V输出,为有线温湿度传感器提供电源。
局放信号采集板(UHF板),UHF1连接局放高频信号传感器,UHF2连接噪音传感器。
局放高频信号分析板(PD板),接收UHF板所提供的高频信号和噪音信号,通过对场地噪音的筛选,提取出有效局放数据传送给COM板。
通讯主板(COM板),负责对TEMP板、PD板的数据采集,并将这些数据处理后传送给SCADA系统或后台分析软件。
图3是本实用新型高压开关柜智能监测装置内部通讯方式示意图。如图3所示,COM板ARM处理器通过485通讯方式与无线通讯主板通讯,无线通讯主板采用无线通讯采集无线温度传感器数据;COM板ARM处理器通过I2C总线采集有线温湿度传感器数据;PD板通过铜轴电缆采集高频传感器模拟信号;COM板ARM处理器与PD板CPU通讯采用高速SPI总线方式。

1.一种高压开关柜智能监测装置,包括局放监测模块、温湿度采集模块、通讯主板、电源板、局放高频传感器、噪音传感器和温湿度传感器,其特征在于: 所述局放高频传感器、噪音传感器分别与局放监测模块连接,所述温湿度传感器与温湿度采集模块连接,所述局放监测模块、温湿度采集模块分别与通讯主板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压开关柜智能监测装置,其特征在于:所述局放监测模块包括局放信号采集板和局放信号高频分析板,所述局放高频传感器、噪音传感器与局放信号采集板连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高压开关柜智能监测装置,其特征在于:所述温湿度采集模块设有无线端口和有线端口,无线端口与无线温湿度传感器连接,有线端口与有线温湿度传感器。
