背景技术:
电缆在室外施工敷设的过程中,一般需要先用钢丝拉好线路,再将电缆与钢丝用扎带扎紧,因而施工麻烦,操作者劳动强度大,而且钢丝暴露在外,在潮湿的环境中会锈蚀,影响使用寿命与布线的美观。
此外电缆的屏蔽性能和防火特性、防水性能相对较差,一方面信息传输过程中受外界干扰较强,在火灾发生的情况下或是在潮湿的环境中工作,信号传输会受到影响。
实用新型内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗拉型自承式电缆,具有便于施工、布线美观,屏蔽性能、防水性能、防火性能好的优点。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
抗拉型自承式电缆,其特征在于:包括合金导体,合金导体内设有抗拉芯,所述的合金导体外包裹有无机绝缘层,无机绝缘层外依次设有屏蔽层、防火层、金属管、防水层,所述的防护层外挤塑成型有护套层,所述的护套层一侧设有连接筋,连接筋与保护层相连成一体,保护层内设有镀锌钢丝。
所述的抗拉型自承式电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属管采用不锈钢无缝无皱纹管。
所述的抗拉型自承式电缆,其特征在于:所述的防水层采用防水带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于50%。
