技术背景
超声波检测作为一种成熟的技术在各个行业有着广泛的应用,超声波探头的发展,更促进了这种技术的应用范围,从普通工程结构件到特种设备等都在应用。但对于某些特殊部件,则需要特殊的超声波探头。常规超声波斜探头由于需要克服声波在探头内的折射反射等造成的杂波,需要加一个很大的吸声块,导致探头尺寸较大。使用这种探头检测时,对工件表面平整度要求高,否则会耦合不好,导致缺陷漏检。对于平整度差的工件如三通、阀门、弯头等工件,检测效果差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种满足表面不平整工件的超声波检测要求的结构简单、使用方便的横波斜探头。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型由设置在壳体内的聚四氟乙烯楔块、压电晶片、背衬吸声材料以及设置在壳体顶端的接线柱构成,所述的接线柱与压电晶片之间连接有电缆线。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,本实用新型由设置在壳体1内的聚四氟乙烯楔块2、压电晶片3、背衬吸声材料4以及设置在壳体1顶端的接线柱5构成,所述的接线柱5与压电晶片3之间连接有电缆线6。
聚四氟乙烯楔块2减少投射到楔块前端的声束,避免杂波出现。在楔块设计上,只需考虑角度,而不需要吸声功能,使楔块尺寸降低,因此可以减少本实用新型成品探头的制作尺寸。这样声束平行于探头外壳穿出,不会传播到探头外壳侧壁上引起反射等杂波;检测人员在检测中可以很明确的知道声束的指向而不会将探头倒置使用。
本实用新型结构简单、使用方便,满足表面不平整工件的超声波检测要求。

1.一种横波斜探头,其特征在于其由设置在壳体(1)内的聚四氟乙烯楔块(2)、压电晶片(3)、背衬吸声材料(4)以及设置在壳体(1)顶端的接线柱(5)构成,所述的接线柱(5)与压电晶片(3)之间连接有电缆线(6)。
