本实用新型涉及一种测试装置,特别是关于一种眼镜防破片性能测试装置。 
背景技术
眼镜是部队中野外训练中的必备品,在实际应用中,对眼镜质量的要求也日益增高。但是,目前,还无法对于眼镜防破片性能进行有效的测试,这样在使用过程中,若眼镜防破片性能不佳,则会对使用者眼部造成伤害,严重者会造成失眠或脸部其他部分的损伤。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种测试效果较好,使用方便的眼镜防破片性能测试装置。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:一种眼镜防破片性能测试装置,其特征在于:它包括一头模主体,所述头模主体前部为一凹陷空缺,所述凹陷空缺处填设有一用于模拟人体面部组织的面部模型,所述面部模型外部罩设有一层模拟皮肤的薄罩;所述薄罩的眼睛部位,还贴设有一层验证纸,所述验证纸的外部佩戴有待测试的眼镜。 
所述头模主体两侧耳朵部分,分别设置有一调节装置,每个所述调节装置均由一支架和一滑轨构成,所述支架设置在所述滑轨上。 
所述面部模型由硬度与人体面部组织硬度类似的橡皮泥材料制成。 
所述橡皮泥的邵氏A硬度为1~10。 
本实用新型由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:1、本实用新型由于采用头模主体以及填设在头模主体前部的面部模型构成,在面部模型上依次设置有薄罩和眼部验证纸,可以根据眼部验证纸、薄罩和面部模型的受伤程度来判断眼镜的防破片性能,其测试效果较为准确。2、本实用新型由于面部模型采用具有一定硬度的橡皮泥制成,该橡皮泥的邵氏A硬度为1~10,其硬度与人体面部组织类似,可以有效模仿人体面部,提高了本实用新型的测试效果。3、本实用新型由于在使用时,只需将待测试眼镜佩戴至头模主体上即可实现测试,并且在第一次测试完成后,只需将薄罩和验证纸替换即可,而且测试后面部模型上的凹陷部位易复原,因此使用较为方便。本实用新型可以广泛用于各种眼镜防破片性能测试中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细的描述。 
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括一头模主体1,头模主体1的前部为一凹陷空缺,在该凹陷空缺处填设有一面部模型2,该面部模型2用于模拟人体面部组织。面部模型2的外部罩设有一层模拟皮肤的薄罩3。在薄罩3的眼睛部位,还贴设有一层验证纸4,在验证纸4的外部佩戴有待测试的眼镜。 
在头模主体1两侧耳朵部分,还分别设置有一调节装置5,每个调节装置5均由一类似耳朵的支架6和一滑轨7构成,支架6设置在滑轨7上,可以根据使用需求在滑轨7内上下滑动,实现对头模主体1上佩戴的待测试眼镜不同位置的测试。 
上述实施例中,面部模型2由橡皮泥材料制成,橡皮泥的邵氏A硬度为1~10,其硬度与人体面部组织类似,可以有效模仿人体面部。 
综上所述,本实用新型在使用时,根据测试要求,首先调节头模主体1两侧调节装置5中支架6的高度,然后将待测试的眼镜佩戴到头模主体1上开始测试。当测试弹头打破眼镜时,首先判断验证纸4的受伤程度,然后依次判断薄罩3的受伤程度,以及根据面部模型2上凹陷的深度判断面部的受伤程度,进而可以判断出眼镜的防破片性能。 
上述各实施例仅用于说明本实用新型,各部件的连接和结构都是可以有所变化的,在本实用新型技术方案的基础上,凡根据本实用新型原理对个别部件的连接和结构进行的改进和等同变换,均不应排除在本实用新型的保护范围之外。

1.一种眼镜防破片性能测试装置,其特征在于:它包括一头模主体,所述头模主体前部为一凹陷空缺,所述凹陷空缺处填设有一用于模拟人体面部组织的面部模型,所述面部模型外部罩设有一层模拟皮肤的薄罩;所述薄罩的眼睛部位,还贴设有一层验证纸,所述验证纸的外部佩戴有待测试的眼镜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种眼镜防破片性能测试装置,其特征在于:所述头模主体两侧耳朵部分,分别设置有一调节装置,每个所述调节装置均由一支架和一滑轨构成,所述支架设置在所述滑轨上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种眼镜防破片性能测试装置,其特征在于:所述面部模型由硬度与人体面部组织硬度类似的橡皮泥材料制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种眼镜防破片性能测试装置,其特征在于:所述橡皮泥的邵氏A硬度为1~10。
