本实用新型涉及一种耐火蓄热体的零部件,特别是涉及一种铬刚玉蜂窝体结构。
背景技术
目前,在工业窑炉使用的单元蓄热体通常为正方形或长方形体,在该单元蓄热体上纵向蜂窝状地开设若干个通孔,并在单元蓄热体底面设置方柱形支撑脚,使用时根据工业窑炉蓄热室的面积,采用数块正方形活长方形单元蓄热体拼装组成,这种产品在成型工艺过程中和烧制及使用过程中极易出现开裂、断裂剥落,损坏,直接影响产品在工业窑炉中的均匀混风蓄热,甚至在工业窑炉蓄热箱中塌落。
为了解决上述问题,中国专利申请200520071975.X公开了一种耐火蜂窝状蓄热体结构,采用单元蓄热体上纵向蜂窝状地开设若干个通孔,在蓄热体上纵向蜂窝状通孔的其中一面设置成对称的两圆弧面,两圆弧面连接处呈凹形面,这种结构设计的蓄热体,在实际使用中存在耐压强度低的不足,容易损坏的不足。
有鉴于上述现有的耐火蜂窝状蓄热体结构存在的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的铬刚玉蜂窝体,使其更具有实用性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于,克服现有的耐火蜂窝状蓄热体结构存在的缺陷,而提供一种新型结构的铬刚玉蜂窝体,所要解决的技术问题是使其耐压强度高,使用寿命长,从而更加适于实用,且具有产业上的利用价值。
本实用新型的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本实用新型提出的铬刚玉蜂窝体,包括蜂窝本体,其上具有若干蜂窝通孔,所述蜂窝本体为铬刚玉蜂窝体。
前述的铬刚玉蜂窝体,其中,所述蜂窝本体的外表面包覆设置有金属层。
前述的铬刚玉蜂窝体,其中,所述金属层的厚度为0.5mm。
前述的铬刚玉蜂窝体,其中,所述通孔的截面为圆形。
前述的铬刚玉蜂窝体,其中,所述通孔的截面为椭圆形。
借由上述技术方案,本实用新型铬刚玉蜂窝体至少具有下列优点:
通过采用铬刚玉蜂窝体以及在蜂窝本体的外表面包覆金属层,提高了其耐压强度和使用寿命,同时结构简单,成本低,便于大规模生产使用。
