本实用新型涉及一种电磁炉底座支脚的装配结构，属于电磁炉结构的改进技术领域。
背景技术
市售电磁炉产品的底座支脚一般通过卡扣4或螺钉固定，如图1所示，前者装配时需要用力把支脚按到卡扣4里面，装配效率低；如图2所示，后者需要用螺钉5来固定胶脚，装配效率低而且需要增加螺钉成本，而且这两种机械固定方式都不可靠，支脚易脱出。
发明内容
本实用新型在于考虑上述问题而提供一种结构简单，有效改进胶脚的安装效率，而且大大的降低胶脚脱出风险的电磁炉装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：本实用新型的电磁炉底座支脚的装配结构，包括上盖和底座，底座端部装设有一个以上支脚，上盖支承在底座端部所设的支脚上，其中上盖的下端面在对应支脚的位置处设有支撑柱，支脚的上端部置于上盖支撑柱与底座之间，支脚的下端部穿过底座所设的通孔伸出底座外。
所述支脚为弹性橡胶或硅胶支脚。
所述支脚呈T字形，T字形的凸沿卡装在底座所设通孔的上端。
本实用新型有益的效果是，支脚通过上盖和底座的装配结构夹紧固定，取消了卡扣或螺钉固定，提高了工装效率，降低了生产成本，改进了支脚容易脱出的缺点。

本实用新型的结构如图3、图4所示，本实用新型的电磁炉底座支脚的装配结构，包括上盖1和底座2，底座2端部装设有一个以上支脚3，上盖1支承在底座2端部所设的支脚3上，其中上盖1的下端面在对应支脚3的位置处设有支撑柱11，支脚3的上端部置于上盖支撑柱11与底座2之间，支脚3的下端部穿过底座2所设的通孔伸出底座2外。
本实施例中，所述支脚3为弹性橡胶或硅胶材质制成，为弹性支脚。
本实施例中，所述支脚3呈T字形，T字形的凸沿卡装在底座2所设通孔的上端。
装配时，先将支脚3从底座2内部嵌入底座2所设的通孔中，再将上盖1与底座2固装在一起。

1.一种电磁炉底座支脚的装配结构，包括上盖（1）和底座（2），底座（2）端部装设有一个以上支脚（3），上盖（1）支承在底座（2）端部所设的支脚（3）上，其特征在于所述上盖（1）的下端面在对应支脚（3）的位置处设有支撑柱（11），支脚（3）的上端部置于上盖支撑柱（11）与底座（2）之间，支脚（3）的下端部穿过底座（2）所设的通孔伸出底座（2）外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁炉底座支脚的装配结构，其特征在于所述支脚（3）为弹性橡胶或硅胶支脚。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电磁炉底座支脚的装配结构，其特征在于所述支脚（3）呈T字形，T字形的凸沿卡装在底座（2）所设通孔的上端。
