Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备,其特征在于包括:一本体、一电源单元、一结合有照明单元的灯头;所述本体的一端结合入所述电源单元,所述灯头对应旋锁在结合入所述电源单元所述端本体靠外一侧的外螺纹,以组成一利用灯盖来控制照明单元作开启或关闭的照明警示设备。由此,本实用新型能减少破坏照明警示设备整体美观的其它开关等相关构件,可获得更简洁及美观和设计感的照明警示设备。

利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备,特别是指一种能减少破坏整体美观的其它开关相关构件,以获得更简洁及美观和设计感的照明警示设备。 
背景技术
目前业界设计的照明警示设备形态相当的多样化,但为了传统使用思考模式,必须添加额外的按键来控制照明警示设备的开与关,这一做法使得照明警示设备的外观设计欠缺整体感且增加成本,或是受到外界气候潮湿等的影响,容易使得开关接触不良,进而影响照明警示设备的操作使用。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种可利用灯盖来控制照明单元作开启或关闭的照明警示设备。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所提供的一种利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备,其特征在于包括:一本体、一电源单元、一结合有照明单元的灯头;所述本体的一端结合入所述电源单元,所述灯头对应旋锁在结合入所述电源单元所述端本体靠外一侧的外螺纹,以组成一利用灯盖来控制照明单元作开启或关闭的照明警示设备。 
上述本实用新型的技术方案中,所述电源单元包括一能容置数只电池的电池座,所述电池座一端配合套合一电池盖,所述电池盖上贯穿的预设方位孔穴能允许正、负极导杆延伸其间,所述正、负极导杆的另一端则抵触弹簧,且顶抵所述正、负极导杆的弹簧的作用端靠设在所述电池座相应的导电件上,所述电池盖由至少一道或一道以上的支持件定位在所述电池座上,且沿所述电池盖外侧突伸有一截止挡部,以对应抵触在位于所述灯头下端的中环盖内部结合的O形环上,以将结合在所述本体一端的电源单元限制保持在固定状态。 
所述灯头包括一灯盖、一能套入所述灯盖内部的灯杯、一作用层面预设部位结合有铜片及中间组设有所述照明单元的极板,所述极板和所述灯杯的周边间距设有数道缺口,作为组设时能沿着所述灯盖周边的凸部置入,在所述灯盖末端还形成有一截供O形环套入的凸环缘,所述凸环缘套入所述灯头下端的中环盖相应一端中间的孔,并使结合在所述灯盖末端的O形环能受到所述中环盖中间的孔内侧周缘限制方位,所述中环盖内部设有配合所述本体靠外一侧的外螺纹旋锁的螺纹段。 
所述灯头能控制所述电源单元的开启或关闭,旋转所述灯头中的灯盖能带动内部结合的极板作方位移动,将所述极板作用侧的铜片旋转至所述电源单元的负极导杆上,形成电源导通状态以开启所述照明单元;当所述极板作用侧的铜片脱离所述电源单元的负极导杆,则电源呈OFF状态从而关闭所述照明单元。 
将所述灯头取下后,旋转所述灯头靠下一端的中环盖脱离所述本体,即能更换所述电源单元的电池座中容置的电池。 
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型能减少破坏照明警示设备整体美观的其它开关等相关构件,可获得更简洁及美观和设计感的照明警示设备。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本实用新型的结构、特点及功效,现举以下较佳实施例并配合附图说明如下。 
如图1所示,为本实用新型所提供的利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备4,其包括一本体1、一电源单元2、一结合有照明单元332的灯头3。其中: 
本体1,其一端设置有允许电源单元2套入的结合空间12,并在本体1的结合空间12的靠外一侧形成一截外螺纹13。 
电源单元2,其是依据本体1的结合空间12构成的供电组体,电源单元2包括一电池座21,其中容置有数只电池22,电池座21一端能套合一电池盖23(如图1、图3所示),电池盖23中贯穿的预设方位孔穴231允许正、负极导杆24、25延伸其间,且正、负极导杆24、25的另一端与弹簧26相抵触,使顶抵正、负极导杆24、25的弹簧26作用端靠设在电池座21中相应的导电件211上,同时将电池盖23通过至少一道或一道以上的支持件27定位在电池座21上。沿电池盖23外侧还突伸有一截止挡部232,以对应抵触在位于灯头3下端的中环盖34内部结合的O形环313上,使结合在本体1一端的电源单元2保持不转动的状态。 
灯头3,其是与本体1一端的外螺纹13及设置在本体1中的电源单元2相匹配的照明单元332的部件,灯头3包括一灯盖31、一可套入灯盖31内部的灯杯32、 一作用层面的预设部位结合有铜片331及中间组设有照明单元332(本实施例的照明单元332是以LED作为具体实施)的极板33,在极板33和灯杯32的周边分别间隔设置有数道缺口333、321,以便在组设时能沿着灯盖31周边的凸部311置入(如图1、图4及图6所示),在灯盖31的末端还形成有一截凸环缘312以利套入O形环313(如图1、图3所示),并将凸环缘312套入中环盖34相应一端中间的孔341中,使结合在灯盖31末端的O形环313能被中环盖34中的孔341的内侧周缘进行方位限制,在中环盖34内部还设有螺纹段342,以配合本体1靠外一侧的外螺纹13在结合时的旋锁。 
下面具体说明本体1、电源单元2及灯头3的组装过程,如图1、图3所示,第一步骤:首先,将电源单元2套入本体1一端的结合空间12中;第二步骤:再将灯头3靠下一端的中环盖34的螺纹段342对应旋锁在结合有电源单元2的本体1对应端靠外一侧的外螺纹13上,如此便组成照明警示设备4(如图2所示)。 
组成的照明警示设备4的照明单元332的开启或关闭操作(如图4、图5所示),是用手部旋转灯头3来控制电源单元2的开启或关闭,也就是通过旋转灯头3中的灯盖31来带动内部结合的极板33作方位移动,使极板33作用侧的铜片331旋转至电源单元2的负极导杆25上(如图4所示),即形成电源导通ON状态使照明单元332开启(如图3所示),使得照明警示设备4在使用时能利用灯盖31来控制照明单元332作开启或关闭。 
当将灯头3中的灯盖31向另一方向旋转回时,便可使灯盖31带动内部结合的极板33位移,使作用侧的铜片331脱离电源单元2的负极导杆25(如图5所示),使电源呈OFF状态从而关闭照明单元332。 
当要更换电池座21中的电池22时,只需将旋锁在本体1靠外一侧外螺纹13上的灯头3取下(如图6所示),然后旋转灯头3靠下一端的中环盖34,使中环盖34脱离照明警示设备4的本体1相应一端,便可更换电池座21中的电池22。 

Claims (5)

1.一种利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备,其特征在于包括:一本体、一电源单元、一结合有照明单元的灯头;所述本体的一端结合入所述电源单元,所述灯头对应旋锁在结合入所述电源单元所述端本体靠外一侧的外螺纹,以组成一利用灯盖来控制照明单元作开启或关闭的照明警示设备。
2.如权利要求1所述的利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备,其特征在于:所述电源单元包括一能容置数只电池的电池座,所述电池座一端配合套合一电池盖,所述电池盖上贯穿的预设方位孔穴能允许正、负极导杆延伸其间,所述正、负极导杆的另一端则抵触弹簧,且顶抵所述正、负极导杆的弹簧的作用端靠设在所述电池座相应的导电件上,所述电池盖由至少一道或一道以上的支持件定位在所述电池座上,且沿所述电池盖外侧突伸有一截止挡部,以对应抵触在位于所述灯头下端的中环盖内部结合的O形环上,以将结合在所述本体一端的电源单元限制保持在固定状态。
3.如权利要求1所述的利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备,其特征在于:所述灯头包括一灯盖、一能套入所述灯盖内部的灯杯、一作用层面预设部位结合有铜片及中间组设有所述照明单元的极板,所述极板和所述灯杯的周边间距设有数道缺口,作为组设时能沿着所述灯盖周边的凸部置入,在所述灯盖末端还形成有一截供O形环套入的凸环缘,所述凸环缘套入所述灯头下端的中环盖相应一端中间的孔,并使结合在所述灯盖末端的O形环能受到所述中环盖中间的孔内侧周缘限制方位,所述中环盖内部设有配合所述本体靠外一侧的外螺纹旋锁的螺纹段。
4.如权利要求1所述的利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备,其特征在于:所述灯头能控制所述电源单元的开启或关闭,旋转所述灯头中的灯盖能带动内部结合的极板作方位移动,将所述极板作用侧的铜片旋转至所述电源单元的负极导杆上,形成电源导通状态以开启所述照明单元;当所述极板作用侧的铜片脱离所述电源单元的负极导杆,则电源呈OFF状态从而关闭所述照明单元。
5.如权利要求1所述的利用灯盖控制开关的照明警示设备,其特征在于:将所述灯头取下后,旋转所述灯头靠下一端的中环盖脱离所述本体,即能更换所述电源单元的电池座中容置的电池。
