本实用新型公开了一种保温管道，包括管道，在管道外设置加温层，所述加温层是在管道外设套管，套管与过热蒸汽联通。采用上述技术方案，本实用新型有以下优点：由于在管道外设置有加温层，管道受热面积大，温度上升较快，实验表明只需定时通过热蒸汽不能达到预设温度，预防结晶的同时大大节约了能耗。

本实用新型属于化工设置，具体的说是涉及一种管道。 
背景技术
在化工企业中，许多介质要保待一定的温度才能保持液态，温度过低易结晶，一般是液态下输送到下一工序，因此输出管道就得保持适当的温度。在煤焦油企业中粗蒽等易结晶的物料的输送是在部分输送管道内置加热管，加热管内通过热蒸汽，这种结构管道内升温时间长，而且管道自身会散发一部分热量，温度达不到，管道内的物料易结晶堵塞管道，另一方面为了不堵塞管道达到预设温度，就需要增加能耗，这样就增加了成本。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述不足提供一种保温管道。 
本实用新型的技术方案是： 
一种保温管道，包括管道，在管道外设置加温层。
上述保温管道，所述加温层是在管道外设套管，套管与过热蒸汽联通。 
采用上述技术方案，本实用新型有以下优点：由于在管道外设置有加温层，管道受热面积大，温度上升较快，实验表明只需定时通过热蒸汽不能达到预设温度，预防结晶的同时大大节约了能耗。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种保温管道，包括管道1，在管道外设置加温层，所述加温层是在管道外设套管2，套管通过过热蒸汽管3与过热蒸汽联通，这样粗蒽从管道1内通过时，管道1的周围均匀受热，管道内的粗蒽不易结晶，同时高效的利用热能，降低了成本。
